The shadow is standing out too much and doesn't have the same shading as the rest of the sig, which is distracting. Text is the main issue as Boub's eluded too. Get the text layers down lower in the layer order and blend them in a bit so hey don't stick out. The text style is really nice, just just not blended at all. I'm also not sure on the first name just because it's very hard to read.
