Commissioner Beketov 8,731 Posted August 29, 2016 Commissioner Share Posted August 29, 2016 Very LQ feel. i feel like the effects are kinda cool but they got layered on so thick that it hurt the overall quality. Text needs a lot of work and I would have personally ignored the subtext as it just stands out without adding anything.
