Returning to classic Jardy alchoholism, mostly. As far as I know, STHS doesn’t have a built-in development program that would randomize the natural development of players It does, in fact. If you look at team rosters, you'll see there is a "Potential" (PO) attribute. We've never used it, because I'm assuming it's a little too chaotic. It would never, ever happen here, but I'd love a league with natural development on again. At the end of the season, they're rewarded X amount of points to update their Potential with, which is updated before the league rerolls their stats. It's genius.
