Love the background, obviously. the text could be different as I would have gone with a simply dark text on top of everything instead of the text in a square look that is kinda hurt the flow of the sig. I like the concept of the text being in another square, as everything is squared off, but maybe the text could be segmented into squares or something instead, so it doesn't stand out as much and is more subtle.
