Render's face is far too dark, especially against the almost pure white of the canvas. I also feel like the green is a tad over-powering. It's probably how the jersey was but with the jersey and the pas and the mask it just looks like there's too much of the same colour. Maybe even making one of them a shade slightly different would have helped. Text is very sexy though and great use of depth overall.

I agree the face is dark. The green areas need some contract as well, feels flat. The effects are nice though and the Strauss text I like. Background is interesting but not distracting.
