The texture on the text feels a little off, not sure exactly why. I would like to see it match the off-white part in the BG as it would look  bit better. It also needs a little better lighting as the render feels a little flat. It does feel like you have the right idea going but it doesn't feel quite finished.

On the whole, I don't mind the text. My biggest thing is the the whole sig has a grunge feel, except for a couple of places in the BG where the white has been blurred and not gotten treated with grunge textures, so it feels almost ethereal (e.g. The laces next to the renders head.) Other than that, it's very cohesive and aesthetically pleasing.
