:vhlm:League Leaders:vhllogo:

That’s right VHL folks, the highly acclaimed series is back again after re-appearing a few weeks back. This time around I’ll focus on both leagues in one media spot as I won’t have to write as much boring crap this way. Without further hesitation here are the league leaders in the VHL and VHLM.

Goals:

:sto:VHL: Tyson Kohler (48 goals in 60 games):sto:

The seventh year VHLer finds himself on top of the leaderboard for goals after sixty games played in Season Fifty-Four. With Stockholm on top of their conference and the entire VHL it’s easy to say Kohler is a product of the Vikings success, but outside his next closest team-mate with forty-one goals, Kohler has twenty-two more goals than any other Viking. Kohler will enter the awards the favourite to finally take home some serious hardware, but we all know being the best statistical player doesn’t always get you somewhere in the VHL

:ssk:VHLM: Bo Boeser (54 goals in 64 games):ssk:

Toronto Legion property Bo Boeser has been a consistent force with the Saskatoon Wild all season long, rewarding the team for putting their faith in him with a First Round selection in this past VHLM Dispersal Draft. The Wild look like they will be the team that will eventually head into the Founders Cup to take on the mighty Las Vegas Aces, and will need Boeser to be producing at this pace to beat them in the post-season.

Assists:

:nya:VHL: Bobby Digital (64 assists in 60 games):nya:

Digital is an assist machine the past season and a half for the back to back Continental Cup champion New York Americans. Digital finished last season with seventy-five assists and looks well on his way to match that number again this year with his sixty-four already accumulated. After being traded to New York before beginning his VHL career, Digital has been a defensive force to be reckoned since playing his first game with the Americans back in Season Forty-Nine. With twelve games remaining on the schedule for Digital and the Americans, will this be the season the Ukraine native takes home his first Beketov Trophy?

:vhlm:VHLM: Diego Jokinen (55 Assists in 60 games):vhlm:

The journeyman VHLM defenseman has surpassed the TPE mark for VHLM eligibility and thus Season Fifty-Four will be his last season in the league. Jokinen has been on top or near the top of the assist leaderboard all season long, and now with twelve games remaining in the season, Jokinen is looking to take some VHLM hardware with his into the big show. After spending time in Oslo, Brampton and now Las Vegas Jokinen knows the VHLM landscape very well and he is showing that this season. Now only does Jokinens’ fifty-five assist put him in the league lead for assist, he also sits second on the entire Aces roster in points with eighty-one.
