I always look at teams as your site identity, the people who you are theoretically closest to, since you're all pulling toward a common goal every season. To me, putting LRs at the bottom shows that we, as a league, place no importance on it at all. 

 

For new members, they will still see create a player first, since they don't have a team, and therefore no LR.
