It's the off-season and before the VHLM draft, so you'll be picked in that in the next week. Whenever it is. VHL draft is probably tomorrow. Usually if you join mid-season, teams make offers and you pick one, then if you're staying in the VHLM you go in the VHLM Dispersal Draft. Assuming you never officially retired him (thus he went 8 seasons) he would leave you with 27 carryover so you're better off with the starting TPE. It's one or the other. It used to be if you got carryover you just always applied it because you started at 0 but ever since we put starting TPE to 30 carryover has been useless if you don't have at least 30 to use.
