I do like how the color scheme is two-toned, which it doesn't seem to be that popular around here, but I much prefer it to any one-tone or black and white designs. The whole top of the picture looks a little too bright, and it's hiding some of the detail of that background texture. Also, if I were you, I would have maybe chosen a slightly different shade of blue for the text, it just looks a little odd against the navy blue of the jersey.
