The Start of a new journy.

Starting back in Trepaniers younger days he was always an active child who would go play outside and any sport that he could. He lived far out in the country without access  to anything close by to do, So he needed to do lots of traveling to get to wherever he wanted to go. His parents were not the riches people and were both hard workers that were doing their best to make it in life. They had a hard time being available to bring Chace around to where he needed to go. Luckily one of Chace’s Uncles was a very nice guy that didn’t work much because of a light sickness that kept him out of work. He was the main person that helped Chace become the player he is today and provided him with every oppurtunity he got. Chace would go with his Uncle to every sports game they could. Would go down to the lake a ride on his boat and enjoy the little things in life whenever they could. Uncle Tom was a massive hockey fan and would bring Chace to all the pro hockey games and explained how everything worked to him.

Starting of the upbringing
In Trepanier’s early days Chace loved riding his Motorcross and was really good at it. His father was a former professional rider and wanted to push him into a career of riding. It was Chace’s favorite pass time besides hockey. It was a big part of him becoming so mature so young. He traveled and met so many people from races and his fathers friends always had good advice for him. But his main passion and focus was playing hockey at 4 years old he started to play nothing to intense at that age, But it was teaching him basic fundalmentals like skating holding a stick and having fun. Trepanier was a quick leaner and the coachs noticed it and started to pay more attention to him and pushing harder than others, By the time the season was getting ready to start Chace was one of the best skaters at that age group and went on to have the best season ever seen from his small areas teams. This lead to him becoming one of the most watched kids coming up in the ranks. Getting at the age of 12 Chace was getting ready to play High School hockey and was invited to try his chances on a Bantam team which in his area were kids of the age of 15 plus. He wasn’t a big kid at the time and coachs liked all his talent but was worried he wouldn’t fit in well when it came to some light contact. The camp started out he was impressive on and off the ice, Was put through some tough drills to help his strengh game to not get knocked out the puck easy. At season start the coachs decieded he was good enough for the team and played him on the 2nd line. In his debut he scored 5 goals along with 4 assist. Overly impressed the coachs moved him up to the top line and he had dominated the lead in points and goals scoring over 120 goals. He stayed there till the age of 15 where he jumped up to Miget AAA hockey. Where he also showed lot of dominance on the offensive side, He was praised by all the parents and coachs and got lucky in one game the QMJHL scouts showed up to a couple of his games and were very impressed. Which opened doors for him to join a Junior team.

The Big Jump.
Now at the age of 16 and getting Drafted into the QJMHL by Armada who were so impressed they picked him 2nd OA in the draft. His first season in the Jrs was an interesting one because there was a coach that didn’t like Trepaniers style of play and all the praise the young man was getting, So he made Trepaniers start in the Jrs a living hell forcing him into extra practices and do extra drills that other players didn’t do. What seemed wrong at the time eventually helped Chace in becoming the rising star he is today, His goal was to satify this coachs demands and play hockey. He loved the game that he didn’t care if he had to go through torture to continue to play he was not backing down. Once training camp finished Trepanier managed to gain the respect from the prick coach and started to get the respect he deserved. Opening night Chace started on the first line with a highly touted Centre who was estimated to go in the top 3 of the Professional leagues draft. That night was the career changer for both young men they finished the year with out of this world stats. Both finishing with over 215 points each which skyrocketed their value to every pro team out there. Off the Ice Trepanier was really into his school and wanted to have a career options if anything were to happen to him. He studied into Law and wanted to get a Lawyors degree because he was interested in helping others when in need. His motivation came when a man had killed his late uncle in a convience store robbery, His aunt was left with nothing but a dead husband. The shooter went to court and got an overpriced lawyor that got him a short prison term. It was at that point that Trepanier knew he wanted to make life better for the people he could when the time came.

The VHLM
At this point in his career He never got to finish his bacholors degree in law and said he plans to do so at some point but wanted to focus on his hockey career. He still rides motorcycles and does competetions in the Hockey offseason with his father. It is their main passion together since his father was never a fan of hockey and didn’t have time to focus on helping his son focus on the sport he loved. In that offseason  Trepanier had just signed a fresh short term contract with the Ottawa Lynx of the VHLM in hoping to contend for the leagues title. He has been off to a good start but below his Juniors expectations. He has helped the team to quite some success currently sitting in third coming off some big wins versus top teams. He got invited to the World Jrs camp with Team Canada but was released due to overcrowded roster and more talented wingers. He is still available to go to Team World if the door opens for him. He continues to work hard and grow as a young star and is getting ready for the VHL draft were he hopes to join a great organization and build a succesfull team together.
