Poptart's Expansion protection lists [1/2]

With the VHL Expansion coming up, the Moscow Menace will have the fun task of being about to select a team based off other team's protection lists. Each team will leave a list of players unprotected which they will get to choose from. I am here to project who will be exposed and who will be selected by Moscow. Without further waiting, let's first remind you of the rules, then I will go by team to list who will be protected and who will be not.

Quote
  • Will take place prior to the S65 VHL Entry Draft
  • Each team may protect 7 players (skaters and/or goalies), as well as their GM Player.
  • All players eligible to play in Season 65 (S58-64) are eligible to be drafted, if left unprotected

Now, with all of this said, I am taking a real close look at Helsinki and Riga. Those are going to be the guys that I am going to want on my team. There are even actives there. How I chose who to be protected and not, I went though many criteria. I clicked into every update page of every single player in the league. I prioritized my people like such:

  1. Are they active?
  2. When is the last time they updated?
  3. Do they claim welfare, average TPE claimed per week
  4. Draft Season

Based off those things, I designed who I would keep protected and unprotected. What do you think, who would you choose off this list?

Who said that?

I think all S64 can be unprotected, even send downs.

That’s what I was saying, VHLM players need to be protected or can be exposed. You don’t keep them for free I don’t think

While a ton of work went into this. I would love to see you write more on why you protected each player as you just listed off players and didn't say anything and I don't think that is hardly worth 6 tpe. Maybe I am being to critical but some insight on why you protected players would have been nice. @Poptart @DollarAndADream

While I do agree that they could have expanded on why to protect said players, a good amount of work still went into the thought process of picking each list per team. I'm not the biggest fan of just writing out a list for a Media Spot either, but at the same time this is almost 3 months old and is acceptable. :P
