Funny how similar my Liverpool story is.

My best friend growing up was super into soccer and loved Michael Owen. So I started liking him and Liverpool. Didn't really watch too much until I picked them back up in 2000 because a local tv channel showed an hour long premier league review show every week, plus a game of the week that routinely featured Liverpool. Naturally I fell in love with Stevie G. Champions League Istanbul Final cemented my fandom and I've been a supporter ever since.
