1. Definitely haven’t paid much attention to the first couple weeks but anyone but the chiefs.

 

2. We all feel like we are the best and we can be even better than we have been to this point.

 

3. Seems like that right now! Going toe to toe in the standings and I’m sure we will be meeting in the playoffs.

 

4. We are pretty well balanced right now. Never hurts to add to the roster for a playoff run but don’t have many holes.

 

5. So many options. Mac will definitely be our MVP but maybe Jagr will be the most clutch!

 

6. Definitely have love for both but dogs are superior for sure.

1. Vikings are out so my care went down, but big Daniels fan after watching him ball all year, so rooting for the commanders to get it done 

2. Couldn't be better. Boys are playing well and I think that stems from the vibes we have in the locker room 

3. I would say so we are locked in a tight race for the top spot and each game against them is a dog fight and is huge for the final standings

4. Honestly I think we keep playing the way we are and we are gonna be a tough team to face come playoffs 

5. We got a bunch of dawgs on the team anyone can stand out any night but all anyone wants is a W

1) Not really. Just for degenerate gambling purposes! 
2) Miami LR is legit! Love the vibe! 
3) Yes, Always a good

matchup against Halifax…and Scurvy always gets into trouble up in Nova Scotia…had to bail the AGM out a few times! 
4) I’d trade for Bazooka Joe…total stud. Just needs some seasoning and guidance. 
5) Miami is an all around solid team, anyone could step up and fill that role during playoffs.

Boston Bruins are my all time favorite.  Then the sharks.  I absolutely despise Detroit and Pittsburgh

Depends 0n the occasion, but id probably get carrot cake, because it would count as a vegetable like french fries.

1. Definitely, as of writing this he is also #2 in +/- only behind his teammate Jacob Longstreet @Dynamicmlb_42. Armas also is in the top 10 for shots blocked. 

2. Being from Wisconsin there's not a team here so I grew up a Chicago fan. Tough times at the moment. I don't really despise any teams 

3. Chocolate is the only answer to that question. 

4. Was my first theme week I enjoyed it! Was cool to see what everyone did with 1 theme

6. Again coming from a Wisconsin guy the answer might shock you but yes too much cheese on a pizza ruins it for sure, honestly a plain cheese pizza is disgusting need some toppings. Also needs a side of ranch

1. He should be, as he's 20 points and 2nd in the league in +/- on one of the top defensive teams in VHLM. So definitely!
2. San Jose Sharks. Hates Las Vegas Knights (yes intentionally not calling them by their official name) - and yes, I was there at Game 7 with the 5 minute major/comeback!
3. Carrot Cake - I never knew how good it was until cake shopping for our wedding. Oh my god is it good!
4. I think it was interesting, getting to know more players in the league. I did feel bad for suggesting Mississauga would lose their top scorer and captain though. 
5. Oh that would be fun - again to get to know other players.
6. Definitely. I despise 4 cheese pizzas. Just give me some mozzarella for a base on the pizza and lots of sauce. probably why I like Chicago deep dish!

1. I would say that unless anything significant changes, then absolutely. With a point gap that wide, it has to happen.

2. I'm a Penguins fan living in an area with a lot of Flyers and Capitals fans. So, that's tough.

3. Red velvet cake all the way. It's the best.

4. Honestly, I have no thoughts, because I don't have any idea what the theme week is. I'm sure people are still complaining about it though.

5. Sure. I don't think it would hurt anything to offer that.

1. Man, I really wanted the Lions to go farther. Big sad—now all of their coaches are going elsewhere and I hate it.

2. I just joined but know some of these guys from the PBE. So far I'm really happy being here and hope my guy can be not a bot scrub.

3. From the standings it certainly looks like it. They're the only team with more points than us, and it looks like it's on an offense that's just put up a few more points than us this season. Getting a second big LW seems to have equalized this, and we've been on fire of late. LFG.

4. Hard to turn down anything that makes the team better, right? I don't see us with any major flaws or areas of need, but it's worth looking out for folks. I think we're in good position to win

5. I'm looking at Longstreet to bring back that 133-point magic for the playoffs. 

6. Cats. My lovely gray cat passed away this past summer and I miss her terribly. Hung out with a cat this past week though, and it made me feel so happy and sad at the same time.

1. Heck yeah. Jortikka has the most assists in the league also, and has chipped in 12 goals on the power play. That's fire, mans deserves the DPoY.

2. I'm an Islanders fan, and can't stand the Rangers. Bunch of fairweather NY fans smh my head.

3. I really like both carrot and red velvet because of the cream cheese frosting, but would probably go RV, carrot, then chocolate. 

4. I wasn't here for the theme week! Literally just came in this week and am getting to know the league, how things work, and apparently how to do these responses lol.

5. Yes! I think it'd be very cool to have an all-star game. Would love to see what the rosters look like in those (and someday would be pumped to make an ASG!). 

6. Yeah, there can. If the cheese starts separating into just oil all over the pizza to the demise of the underlying crust, there's a problem. Gotta have balance (but the limit of cheese on pizza is pretty high, ngl).

1. I don't follow basketball at all, but I guess it's huge.

2. Pettersson comes out as a diva so personally I would've traded him instead of JT. But I understand why they let JT go instead.

3. It's going to be tough for sure, but I'm confident we can show everyone that the Cup belongs to Miami Beach.

4. Yes. Atmosphere in the locker room is on point and our GM & AGM have made great acquisitions.

5. Not really. I'm completely focused on VHLM while I'm still here.

1. Steal for the Lakers unless there really are issues with Luca that might not be fixable. Can Lebron smack him around?
2. Depends on the dynamic. If Miller has lost the room, then trade Pettersson. JT seems like a really intense person. Though to be honest, you just ask Hughes who he wants around - so he doesn't go to NJ when he can be UFA and join his brothers.
3. Good - we should be confident but not over confident. Simon can roll the dice, see VHL playoffs last season. 
4. We should be. We have the depth now, we have the top talent to match up with the high powered Halifax team (which owned us most of the season, sadly).
5. I did VHFL this year so I cared more and I'll be joining the VHL next season, so curious how my Prague team is doing on their rebuild. 
6. I don't think so, since we don't want to encourage people doing some but not too much that would cause promotion to VHL. I prefer to push for excellence in the league. It's tough, but it's a development league. Now should individual teams celebrate great contributors, sure. Not sure about a team hall of fame, but it's good we have records, etc.

1. This is an utterly crazy trade. Might be the biggest I've seen in a while in the NBA. So rarely do you see a franchise icon get sent out at the ripe old age of 25 for... what? Anthony Davis, who's been riding the injury train? I don't understand it at all from Dallas's point of view unless Luka was definitely wanting out. Strange, strange, strange.

 

2. I guess the feud was real, huh. I think Miller probably was worth more on the market between the two, and sending him to the Rangers (where they knew his game well) probably made sense. That said... the Canucks didn't get enough back. They have some projects now, and then sent their first round pick out? All that for a 100-point forward? Idk man, feels not very good.

 

3. Let's go. The offense was absolutely humming at the end of the season. Gotta feel confident going into the series!

 

4. Additional Pylons is here to Maraud. I wouldn't say that the vibes are the particularly big reason that we'll be deadly in the playoffs (that definitely goes to our dirty offense and all-world netminder) but it certainly can't hurt!

 

5. I haven't yet—I'm just getting to know the minors first, but will be writing articles as I go on some of the VHLers to become more acquainted with the league. 

 

6. That's a great idea! Perennial minors guys should be recognized and celebrated. I like it!

1. I think it's a steal for LA. Luka I would argue not even in his prime yet for Davis who is at the tail end of his career in my opinion which shouldn't hold much weight I don't follow the NBA that close. But yeah good for LA. Really trying to get bron and bronny a ring together 

 

2. I haven't followed NHL that close this year either so I don't really have a thought out opinion on it. Chicago still sucks so it's rough 

 

3. I'm confident. I think we have too end scoring talent that can put up numbers we saw that late this season as we get into playoffs and I think we have great defense and an amazing trendy. Hard not to be confident 

 

4. I think it helps a lot. Everyone is contributing at this point and our guys that have been here all year are on fire lately. 

 

5. I'm still pretty new to this so I haven't followed much VHL yet. I'm sure once I'm drafted and have a future team I'll pay more attention to it. But I'm loving my time with this team at the moment 

 

6. From what I understand so far is the VHLM is a development Leauge so personally I would say a hall of fame wouldn't be necessary. I'm All for stats and accolades, but I don't know im not a fan of just settling and being okay with a hall of fame in a development Leauge.

2.  I'm not really a fan of the NHL  but I like the Avalanche logo so I guess them

I dont pay attention to the NBA anymore, so I dont care about the trade, but it doesnt surprise me as i read about the trade.  Individuals in a tram sport.  Whoopie

Now hockey is a different story, and i think that trade had to be done.  I would have made the same deal.

I dont think it matters who you play, Miami is going to win it all so just get this one done and move on to the next one.

As long as you never add Bazooka Joe to the team you’ll be fine. @ScottyP is trash and if he joins miami, @Scurvy is going to spend all his time babysitting.

Since i am crashing this press conference, i will say that i pay attention to the vhl standings and as far as stats go, i look at fights hits and shots blocked.

 

6.        Should there be a VHLM Hall of Fame for players who decide to spend their careers in the VHLM?

 

i dont see it as a benefit to not give credit to vhlm players.  I think it’s something good to recognize players who stick out.  Now what recognition doi think it should be?  How about fights, hits, and shots blocked!

1. I guess you mean Doncic? But yeah it was a pretty crazy trade!! I’m not super high on Doncic as a complete player but by needed a star post LeBron I guess.

 

2. JT Miller all day!!! It was a decent trade considering the circumstances. You’re never going to get the better player in that trade; although getting out of his full contract as he’s bound to decline shortly is a win. They aren’t good enough with him and it was severely affecting everything else around them keeping him.

 

3. Nothing is stopping us from dancing with Halifax. VEGAS is just our warm up.

 

4. I think we really gained some chemistry right at the end of the seasons which is huge! Playoffs are another beast but I’m confident.

 

5. All my focus is on winning the cup with Miami. Nothing else matters right now.

 

6. I don’t know if there’s a real point to spend your whole career in the M, I think hall of fame for the entirety of your career as is; is good enough.

1. I have absolutely no knowledge of basketball, so I don't really have an opinion. Was this bad or something?

2. Again, I don't have much of an opinion on this. All I know is that a trade that hurts NY is a trade I like.

3. I believe that with a new stud defenseman adding depth we should be mighty fine.

4. Well, of course. But, while the incentive of doing well is nice, my first player played in Miami, so it only felt natural to return.

5. Not one single bit do I pay attention.

6. No. I don't see the need for this.

1.        Superbowl is tomorrow.  Are you celebrating and who are you rooting for?

2.        Miami had some back sim luck as we lost in the first round despite having a superior team.  What is your player doing in the off-season to prepare for next season?

3.        4 Nations hockey tournament is coming.  Are you excited to watch any of the games?

4.        Since we are out of the playoffs are you even following the rest of the VHLM playoffs?  I have been traveling but I find that since we lost I have not really followed any games until today.

5.        It’s 28 degrees (F) here today and supposed to be colder all week.  Are you tired of winter yet?

1.  Man I think the Mavs were smoking something at the time of the trade but it seems that AD might actually help the Mavs out. Still the Mavs lost the trade.

2. Not gonna lie I don't watch hockey or keep up with it so i don't know how crazy this trade is or not.

3. I think we lost against them sadly and was kinda confused on how we did or we lost 2nd round.

4. I for sure thought it did as we added a lot of new created including me as one but I guess it didn't help enough or sim luck was bad.

5. Honestly I'm in so many sim leagues at the moment I don't really pay enough attention to the VHL as much as I really should.

6. I think it's maybe a cool idea though I'm not sure how that works out on how they stay in the VHLM the whole time.
