Why would it be destroyed? Gradual implementation, gradual removal if necessary. Second players play til retirement and no feelings get hurt. but.... why? Higgins beat me to it but seriously, there are no rivalries. And even when we had rivalries, it was led by 3-4 members. Lots of members involved didn't care or had mixed loyalties anyway because of their past with the other team/team's players.
