I really like sterling's role on this btw. He effectively became the co-host, leading the conversation, reas-king questions, keeping things on topic. Jericho and Chris were actually more guest-like.

BTW, I have no issue whatsoever with the BOG's increased influence. I may have posted it in the conversation at the time or I may have spoken to individuals, maybe even one of the three regulars here, but that was fully my intention. I know I can't come up with ideas as well as David or Sterling and we have just have come up to a point where we don't need changes quickly, we can afford discussion and I can focus on day to day running, which is exactly why I wanted the position in the first place.
