It's finally here. My first ever regression in sim league history. What will I do now, is the question? Since it is just my 6th season, regression isn't really a big hit yet. All my formerly 99 stats are now just at 96. This is not a huge blow. With my first update I will already have scoring and passing up to 99, and will have skating up to 97. So with just 44 more TPE, I'll be back to normal. After that, though, I wonder what I should do. It seems like banking is the best thing to do for regression, but what's the fun in that? So I'm entertaining two options. One is to upgrade my discipline. This seems like it wouldn't do much, but I'm thinking maybe if I can get rid of my PIMs, and keep my hits and shot blocks where they are, that a Top Pussy award is in my future. The other plan, is to update leadership. With Phil Hamilton retired, and Zach Parechkin now an alternate under me, top leader is up for grabs. If I can get my leadership up, I think I can be a serious candidate to win. I am active with my team, a good LR presence, and have proven my loyalty to the bears with many posts and also with my long contract extension I signed a while ago. So what should I do, go for the best future, or try and make an awards run?

To Pittsburgh: Marian Hossa Pascal Dupuis To Atlanta: Colby Armstrong Erik Christensen Angelo Esposito 2008 1st(Daultan Leveille) We got the two best players on this deal by a lot. Esposito was a bust, and I haven't heard of Leveille so, I'd say that's a win If Derrick Pouliot can get his shit together, then the Jordan Staal trade would definitely be up here. Already a good trade as it is, but with the 8th overall being a bust so far it's not lopsided I think talent wise, the Kessel trade was fairly lopsided. The 30th overall pick, two meh prospects, and a cap dump for a star player who was a huge help in the playoffs for us. But Toronto turned that shit into Andersen, Rychel, and a second (plus the still meh Kapanen) so that seems like a good trade for them haha. Also, the Daley for Scuderi trade. Just because, like, what??? How did we pull that off??
