From my experience people understand they will be bad at the begggining most people leave early beacuse there is never any updates... at least that's 3 people that have left that I know of none beacuse there stats are bad.

I don't think we need junior we just need weekly TPE sim updates in the league we are having maybe one a month now

Love all the ideas but I'm a big fan of having owners for the big teams and maybe the VHLM that hire the General managers the commissioners would have to approve the changes though. That way a member could own the team and make changes as they see fit aslong as the commissioners allow it. It would make the commissioners work less which frees up time to do more as a community. The owners of the team could hire and fire GM's aswell as change the markets or sell the teams on high notes etc. It could add a fun element to the VHL and make salary worth more as you could sell a cup contending team for big bank. this is just a hint at what my next Media is going to be about as I'm going to do a full write up on it. Just want to throw it out there for discussion.
