Still to the naturals. Lots of fruit as snacks instead of carbs. Lots of veggies instead of potatoes or rice. You work with substituting those for a while and you'll notice a difference. If you ever have time to listen to a podcast or music by yourself, do it while walking outside on your iPod. I'm no health expert myself but I cut a majority of that stuff out 6 years ago and I feel somewhat "pure". Not Phil Knight gym rat pure, but pure.
