If you're talking about an additional player to your current one, unfortunately only VHL General Managers are allowed to have two players active at the same time.

If you're talking about retiring your current player and making another one, you're able to do that at any point and your current player will still play the remainder of the current season before retiring. If you retired your current player now, your new player would enter the S63 Draft.
