Since being eliminated from the playoffs, Konstantin Azhishchenkov is surprisingly free. After the last practice, Konstantin cleaned out his locker and began to ponder about next season. Konstantin is not expected to stay in Ottawa following the VHLM Dispersal Draft as interest has been shown across the VHLM for his talents. Many believe that Konstantin will be drafted by his agent's team, Yukon Rush. His agent, Mr. Devilsfire, has accepted the position of assistant GM for Yukon midway through Konstantin's Rookie season. Last time Konstantin will be in the Ottawa Locker room this season "It would be nice to join my agent in Yukon," said KJA, "but I do not have a specific team that I am hoping to play for." Since the season ended, Konstantin has left Ottawa and is planning to spend the offseason with his family in Michigan. “Since Boychuck was heading back home,” said KJA, “I thought it would be a good idea for me to spend the offseason with my friends and family back home.” A lot has changed in Port Huron, and many celebrate KJA’s success in the minors. Everyone seemed to be tracking KJA’s success. “Having someone from our town make the minor leagues and become a highly touted prospect and an almost definite first rounder is something we folk here celebrate and pay attention to,” said Kate Upton, KJA’s neighbor. Rob Gow III also decided to take some time out of his busy schedule to be an ambassador for the Riga Reign and gage KJA’s interest in joining the Reign. “KJA is quite an interesting boy, and I was afraid he was too shy,” said RG3 in an interview,” but WAS I WRONG!” Konstantin in his last game of his rookie season RG3 is referring to an incident where KJA, who understands English fairly well, but lacks the ability to speak it well, had to be restrained after he raged at a patron, who was dining at the same restaurant as he, because he was boasting about the Confederate States of America and was trying to defend their actions. It was really a one-sided rage as the patron did not know Russian. “I had no idea that KJA was so passionately against the Confederates,” said RG3, “in talking with the translator after the altercation, it surprised me that KJA knew so much about the Civil War.” Another interesting news rumor going around is that there is a possibility of a Michelle Jenneke and KJA hook-up as the Australian hurdler and model, who won a silver medal for the 100 m hurdles at the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics, tweeted that she has always wanted to know how to skate, and would love for KJA to teach her. “Konstantin is really cute, shy, and really good at ice hockey,” said Jenneke when asked about her tweet, “and he has such an awesome name. I would love to be friends with him and learn to skate from him.” Michelle Jenneke... Super hot right? Wait has KJA just been friend-zoned? Only time will tell, but more importantly, how did this 19-year-old get on Jenneke’s radar??? As you can tell, this offseason is going to be dry in terms of articles, hopefully our rising star does something interesting or something interesting happens in the draft because otherwise, we will be talking about KJA and his growing number of admirers… *cough* lucky bastard *cough*

I wish to apply for the open VHLM GM spot. I am currently a Grader and an Assistant GM under EaglesFan for the Yukon Rush. I have learned many things in the almost month and a quarter I have been here. I understand that having an active locker room is very important as is being an active GM. The more active the GM, and the more they talk to potential players and players on their roster, the higher percentage that new recruits will stay active. As a VHLM GM, I realize that my main objective is to help nurture and grow young players to make it to the VHL, but I believe that I will be able to create a winning environment, while still helping the development of my players. My goal is to see each of my players remain active and secure a role on a VHL team. My action plan: 1. I plan to have daily chats with recruits and players in my locker room. That way I can keep a social and active locker room, while also keeping recruits interested even if they do not land on my team. 2. I plan to discuss with each of my players what their plans are and hopefully be able to keep them active. I plan to constantly remind my players if they have not completed Point Tasks until they have done it or have given an adequate reason not to. Though this seems harsh, it will hopefully keep players active and show them that I care. 3. Though my main goal is to develop players, I will never sacrifice team success to do so. I will NEVER TANK! I believe tanking to be stupid. I will always try my best to bring in talent and ice my best players. If a player is on waivers, you can sure as hell bet ill be putting a claim in for them. I believe that my work so far with Konstantin Azhishchenkov has shown that I am active and dedicated to the VHLM and VHL. I hope my applications shows my interest and dedication to this league, and I hope that you will pick the best person for this job.

This thread shows exactly why i gave up on graphics and decided to solely write media spots.. but many times media spots are a pain in the ass to write.. however im not willing to get 4-5's on work that many times i think beats out work thats getting 6's... no offense to the graphic graders, but its really discouraging when ur comments and grades are not consistent, and the grades arent consistent across the board. I would become a graphics grader a) if im allowed to drop being a media spot grader and b ) more people did graphics.. you can sure as hell bet that there will definitely be more 6s and grades will match my comments.. Sorry for the rant, but I was really excited to work on graphics and make graphics, but after my last 3 were completely shot (my last one was the best imo and it got a 5) i gave up on graphics and now writing media spots that are taking forever to write because i need new ideas to keep it interesting..

Content 3/3: Very in depth. Grammar 2/2: Very minor. You had double "to" in a sentence and a few others. Not many at all. Appearance 1/1: Was not sure since there were no pictures, however Flyersfan confirmed that this is how it should be. Overall 6/6: Glad Mr. Baldwin made it to the HOF!

When i pointed Fever out for not claiming anyone, I did not realize his reason. However, I now understand his reasoning and he has told me he will be super active (waiver claims and drafting) this coming offseason as he has a lot of draft picks and quite possibly could be a playoff contender.. I believe Turku is in good hands and we should end all debate about Turku management.

This season, Ottawa is making a desperate push to make the playoffs. Being only 1 point out of the final playoffs spot, Ottawa is trying everything they can do to make it. "Making the playoffs in my first season would be great," said team captain Konstantin Azhishchenkov. "All of us are working really hard to produce wins to get the needed points." Even though the players are working hard, sometimes a lack of personnel can inhibit a team from winning games. To hopefully increase Ottawa's chances of making the playoffs, GM Gow put in two late claims for rookies. Rightwing Noah Jackson and defensemen Dimonthenis Vlasis are joining the Ottawa locker room right before the season end. "Jackson and Vlasis were very late additions," said GM Gow in a press conference. "However, I think both will have a substantial impact on our playoff chances and our ability to win games in the playoffs." Jackson fighting to get to the net Mr. Jackson is set to play on the first line as the rightwing. Jackson's line mates will be Konstantin Azhishchenkov, who is centering the first line, and Travis Boychuk who is the leftwing on the first line. "I am glad to have a new teammate and line-mate," said Azhishchenkov in a interview after practice. "I do not know how Boychuk feels, but I can not wait to see what Jackson brings to our line." Mr. Vlasis is set to play on the first defense pair with defenseman Jack Ryan. Ryan was simple and too the point about the new addition: "Welcome aboard, d-partner." So far, Noah Jackson has just over a point-per-game average with 3 goals and 6 points in 5 games. Unfortunately, Jackson is a -1 like most of his teammates who are deep in the negatives. Dimonthenis Vlasis is also sports 6 points in 5 games, but he has no goals so far, and has a -1. In those 5 games, Ottawa only produced 1 win, but they lost a game in overtime for an overall gain of 3 pts. Experts have predicted that of the last 5 games, Ottawa will only be able to win two of them and will probably lose in overtime, but that should suffice as they would gain 5 pts which is thought to be enough to put them into the playoffs. The last 5 games are against the Gladiators, Outlaws (2 times), Royals, and Storm in that order. Ottawa is projected to lose to the Gladiators, beat the Outlaws twice, lose to the Royals, and then lose to the Storm in overtime. “I heard what the VHLM analysis are predicting for Ottawa,” said Azhishchenkov. “However, Ottawa is going to go out each game and do our best two win each and every one of those games.” For fans and players, there is a lot of hype surrounding the last playoff spot, and should be very exciting no matter what the outcome turns out to be. This is Mr. Azhishchenkov's second installment of the Reebok sweaters. In this installment, Yukon Rush are sent their set of sweaters. "I hope the fans and players enjoy the new sweaters," said Mr. Azhishchenkov. "We at Reebok worked very hard to create these sweaters, and we believed we did the best that we could."
