A VHL GM should be held to a higher standard and I believe this outcry is way beneath you my friend. Just forget it and focus on building a championship worthy team.

I sit here writing these words and so many memories enter my mind once again. I have always thoroughly enjoyed sim-leagues and the ability to partake in a special community that only the best leagues can maintain. There is no doubt in my mind the very best one is the VHL and that is why I have a very special place in my heart for it. I want to succeed greatly in this league; not only as a player, but as a member too. Some individuals may be sickened from me affirming that, but it is honestly the truth. I have many goals and dreams I want to accomplish here, but life has constantly been a giant wall blocking me from accomplishing them. Who does not dream of being a VHL General Manager one day, once they register for the first time? It pained me deeply that I went inactive during my previous round here, especially due to the fact I believe I was on track to do great things. I presuppose I underestimated the difficulty of junior year at college and once I went inactive for a week due to a heavy workload; I simply believed I already tarnished my reputation. It was obviously the wrong mindset to maintain, but everyone’s conscious operates in a different manner. I can promise everyone and swear I will be active forever this time, but to be quite frank; it would be worthless words with my history. I can only attest to my passion for this league and to accomplish great things and that is why I have returned. I honestly want to focus on just two simple things currently. First, my player obviously, and being a major asset for whoever drafts me. In addition, I want to be mentored and learn the ropes of being a successful VHL General Manager. I am aware I am ways away from that occurring (even though I do sincerely believe I have proven at least in the VHLM level to be a capable roster builder and trader), but it would mean a great deal to me if I could find someone who would take me under their wing and guide me. I am eagerly looking forward to resuming my VHL journey and interacting with the friends I have made over the years. To those who simply dislike me for whatever reasons or are upset with my previous stint, I do sincerely apologize. However, I am here to have a fantastic experience with others and simply contribute to this well established community. Like previously stated, these words are hollow until my activity is more proven, but I honestly hope I can look back a year from now and smile.
