The Victory Hockey League (VHL) is an ice hockey simulation forum that anybody can enjoy. You don't even need to be an ice hockey fan! It's super easy to start and begin playing. All you have to do is create an account, and then choose what position you want your player playing. You can choose between goaltender, defenseman, left wing, right wing, and centerman. After you're done creating your player, you start off with 30 TPE to use. You're probably wondering, what is "TPE?" TPE is a virtual currency you use to upgrade your player's attributes. You get several attributes you can put your TPE into. Before you use your 30 TPE, make sure you know what type of player you want to build . Your build could be anywhere from a power forward to an offensive defenseman, the possibilities are truly endless. TPE is earned by doing point tasks which could be anywhere from a graphic to writing a VHL-related article. After the beginning, you will be put through the task of entering the VHLM (Victory Hockey League Minors) draft. Your potential destination can be anywhere, you'll just have to wait and see. Once you get drafted by a VHLM team, you will be able to communicate with your team's GM. Your GM will help you get situated, and will make sure you become a hardworking, successful player throughout your VHLM career. (NOTE: Player simulations are simulated through a simulation engine) Once you get drafted by a VHLM team, you get to play there for one year and then get drafted by a VHL team. Also don't worry, you can play in the VHLM for 2 years to develop your player even more. Once you reach the VHL, you get to do a lot of the things you'd do in the National Hockey League (in real life professional ice hockey league). You can get traded, become a free agent, discuss a contract with your GM, and become a freaking legend. What is going on and why

Here, have a copy-paste from our team locker room: WEEKLY CAPPED (max of 12) 6 TPE MEDIA (pick one) Media Spot- 500 words minimum about anything VHL related. Graphic- Any VHL related graphic with some decent effort put in. Podcast- A 10 minute long podcast about anything VHL related. Welfare (only worth 4 TPE)- If you don't have time to complete any of the above, you can claim welfare for 4 capped TPE instead. 2 TPE MEDIA (pick up to 2 for a max of 4 TPE total from this category): VHL.com Article- A 150 word minimum article about anything VHL related. Player Card- A lower effort graphic that uses a picture of a hockey player and turns it into a hockey card. Can also just be a graphic of your choosing. Podcast (worth 3 TPE instead)- A 5 minute podcast about anything VHL related. Worth 3 TPE instead of 2. OTHER CAPPED TPE TASKS (2 POINTS EACH): Player Press Conference- Answer the weekly press conference questions from either Mississauga or the VHLM for two capped TPE. VHLM Press Conference: Mississauga Press Conference: Trivia-Answer the two trivia questions every week during the season for up to 2 TPE, depending on how many you get right. The VHL has existed for more than half of a lot of people's lives (mine included) and it's honestly not too long before we'll be seeing people who weren't even born when it was founded. That's the crazy thing to me.

This is big...you know what, I'll bite my tongue here. First of all, to @Peace, @Elmebeck, and the rest of the Saskatoon crew, you get a big congratulations on a cup win and an altogether wonderful season. The better team won here, and there's no way I could deny that without looking like an idiot. Congratulations on making this the greatest Hounds season yet! I've loved every minute of having you there with me, and I think it's incredibly overestimated how much of this team's great reputation is due to myself and incredibly underestimated how much is due to players like you, who we've had the good fortune of having season after season since we kicked things off in S66. Whether you're staying with us next season or going elsewhere, to one place or another, GOOD LUCK, STAY ACTIVE, AND CONTINUE TO FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT TO ME IF YOU NEED ANYTHING.
