Review: 6/10 Very appealing sig. I like the design concept and I think it all works well with this design. On a subjective level, I would like to see more render detail and contrast. Your text would look better if it were on the sig and not off the boarder. That said, it really does work and it is how you made it. Nothing wrong with this project that practice won't cure. Great effort. Keep bringing them.

Review: 6/10 You have the right idea with this graphic. You have a great render and also I would say you placed the logo very nicely. I would just keep working on your skills and learn what you can by asking others or watching tutorials. I think I would start with your formatting. Player, text and any other element in a project should be placed in a way that makes sense. I would work on your font, there are a ton out there that will really make your work great. I like the overall design and just stick with it. You have a bright future making graphics for everyone to see. Great effort.

First off, I hope everyone is well and dealing with this world issue with some success. I for one, have to stay home with my wife as we are both at risk. On to our hockey world. With the season underway, it is glaring me in the face that if this league takes up just a little bit of time, it is well worth it. Being stuck in a house with nothing but a jar of pickles and no Top Ramen, a guy has to have someplace to go. The virtual world of sim hockey, the savior. While it isn't the most ideal way to kill time, it can be whatever you make of it. Another bright side, I found a closet filled with toilet paper. I hope the neighbor doesn't realize I took half of what they were hording. Well the team is going strong, the players seem to be in great spirits. What could a guy ask for that we already have here in the VHL. Not a lot. Just remember. When you go out into any public areas, always wear a condom. I have my own theories on protection against diseases. Stay classy VHL.

Review: 6/10 Reviewing is very subjective and everyone has his/her own style. I am not a fan of low detail player renders. I would love to see this with some attention placed on the player. Color choice is another thing that seems like some adjustments are needed. I like the whole concept of your project, just not crazy about the overall look. I think it could be better with a different approach. All that being said, the work you have done looks quality. Good render and your text looks very nice. Keep up the great work, this is only my opinion and I know you have a high skill level.

Review: 7/10 First off, this is an amazing design. I am a huge fan of out of the "norm" graphics. Your mural look is very appealing. Great textures that really adds value to this design. Color choice is spot on and I like how you made them all work together. Background is just great to look at. I think all elements are placed in a natural looking order. At first I wasn't a huge fan of the boarder, I think it could be a bit thinner but I see, after looking at it, it is working as intended. Great concept. I really enjoyed reviewing your project. Note: Scoring is very subjective and I haven't seen a 10/10 on the site to be honest.

This is the most boring time of the year for me. Off season has never been my favorite time because I enjoy playing games rather than going through all the off season draft and all the stuff that happens during this time. A few changes in the league made a splash on the forum. I like the reviewing change as I hope it is easy enough for more members to actually review others work. Nothing but good should come of this change. I think we will see more critical reviews now as a closer look is needed to give a relevant review. Now for the donation change, I guess everyone likes it so it must be something that puts the players on a more even playing field. I am not against everyone having the same chance at earning tpe. I see flaws in the logic, but I am just here doing what I can as a member to better my player. Let's hope everyone stays healthy and we can all make it through this pandemic. I am a big fan of the new reviewing system. I thank you for your review and input on my graphic. While I understand the rule of thirds, I have found, in my close up style renders, that the diagonal method applies to this style better than the "Golden rule" or rule of thirds. It's all good stuff and basics that should be known. I agree with your assessment about the text, I do struggle in that area. Thank you again.

Yes, I am the only one opposed to this apparently. How many players actually max each week? How many play a whole career? Out of all the new members, how many will stay to the end? Pay to win? That would mean my player is Elite now, oh wait, the sim doesn't look at everyone the same so wtf are you talking about. High tpa and success as a player are two different things. Pay to win what? I am no better as a player now than I was 3 seasons ago. There is no pay to win here because max skills only work for a few. Pedal that bs to some kid that doesn't know any better, it doesn't work with me. I am done with this topic as it is taking time out of my day.

I'm a capitalist. I don't understand that my ability to buy perks for real money should be limited to others that don't feel like they want to invest in their players. Protecting people that don't donate? Really? I don't think this is worth my time. This sim is clearly going in the wrong direction. Take take take and improve what? Nothing. This sim is just getting worse. Fix the cap issue or something that is fundamentally flawed.

And why is inflation a horrible thing when it is really just a small percent that are actual TPE whores? Seems like the same people that pushed this shit through are the ones that pull their players up on Discord to showcase their awesome players. And yes, the sim engine is shit. It takes a few minutes on Simon T's website to see how little of the settings actually work here. I have heard for 3 seasons that somebody was testing the a newer version, but that never goes anywhere. I guess losing a player isn't a big deal and protecting the poor is noble. TPE whores? I translate that into players that work hard and earn tpe. Why would you stifle players that actually earn tpe for the sake of those that aren't willing. I don't get it apparently but I couldn't care less about the trivia 5 or 6 end of season tpe. But to get rid of a fucking donation? Really? Does that really hurt the league or you protecting the ones that don't spend the money. I find this a complete joke. Afraid of what, a handful of tpe over a full career?
