So lemme get this terminology correct....
- Opt-in players are the players that choose to return to their OG M team. They only get one season of rights for doing so, then become FA.
- Drafted players are the players that choose to NOT return to their OG M team. They get two seasons of rights, then become FA.
Basic draft information:
- The amount of Opt-in players reduce their signing teams' "Reintroduction/Dispersal" Draft picks starting at the bottom and going up.
- The "Reintroduction/Dispersal" should be approx. 3 rounds
What's the actual draft called?
The "Reintroduction/Dispersal" Draft takes place when? Before or after the VHLM Draft?
Also, another point of concern, what will happen to the goaltenders? I mean, there will now be 10 legitimate starters, will there be a backup goalie rule like the VHL?
