Timothy Brown scored the shootout winner in their latest sim against New York, though this doesn't count for a goal on the stats sheet unfortunately. With 10 points so far on the year, it's hard to complain as it could be worse. In my first season in the VHLM it took 20 games to score my first goal.
Brown was off to a very slow start at the beginning of the season, scoring no points in the first 5 games. Since then he has been much more consistent, and the first goal of getting to 40 points is looking much more realistic than it was a short week ago. Unfortunately for Brown, the stretch goal of being among the top rookies is looking unachievable as my point totals are being dwarfed by some of the other top rookies.
Seattle slowly but surely is improving this season currently in third place. Hopefully the dominance of the past few seasons can continue for us. With players like Tonn, Marsh, Brown, Vikingstad, Uhtred and Rocket the future is looking pretty bright.
