  1. 1. I think you guys can, you have had a great start compared to the last season and it is cool to see the vision play out! 2. I think you guys should just roll with it and see what happens! 3. haha only if you want, I find these ones the best and easiest to answer if I don't do my own teams! 4. 64, maybe 64 and a half. 5. lots more winning for you guys, even for us in Warsaw. games are closer and are more fun 6. Only change if you get into a long slump IMO, sometimes it can take a bit for the line to cook.
  2. 1. You guys have been pretty solid to start, got some wins over us! Hope you guys lock in and have a good season! 2. I think you guys could push for playoffs! 3. I feel like it helps but i feel like earning while you lose and then you start winning is the best. 4. Depends on the market and who is Available and where you guys are! 5. Hopefully Warsaw can give you guys a good season series! The games are always close! 6. I think so! Let’s go EU
  3. King Kisslinger is having a not so ideal start this season, he has been having a hard time finding the score sheet. It could be because he has a lesser role which is fine but i feel like patience will be the best path for success in his career. He is still a young center working on all aspects of his game and he needs to continue to work hard in these aspects to become great. He is doing well in faceoffs and staying out of the box but that can only help you win so much. King Kisslinger has the ability to put up points and I know he will one day soon. The new additions to the team have been great and we have been getting in some pretty close games and winning a few of them as well. The future is bright and we will see what happens this season!
  4. just wanted to update everyone and still say I am going strong, today will mark 26 days without it!
  5. Review: 9.5/10 Super well written article! I love how you bolded the parts where your player was talking it makes it really easy to follow! The article was a super smooth read and was enjoyable to read about your players journey and his promotion to the E! It is a really good time so I’m sure you’ll enjoy it! grammar was well done, if you wanted to get really spicy you could add a picture or a couple titles but that’s just nitpicking. Overall this is very well done and I wish you the best of luck moving forward!
  6. The season is a week away and King Kisslinger is so excited to get back on the ice. All the hard work he has been talking about in his media spots and articles is finally going to be showcased for the league to see! He is ready to show a new and improved self on and off the ice! Currently his tpe build is almost even across the board at 70 which i hope is good. I have heard it’s not the best play but i think it will really help King Kisslinger lock in this season and become a menace to society. “I’m really excited for this upcoming season, now that it is a week away it is almost unbelievable how much i want to be on the ice! I’m excited to build some chemistry with my new teammates/linemates and make some memories for the team and the fans! Let’s go Predators!!
  7. 1. Honestly no, I’ve been out of the loop for a while! 2. Welcome to a fun team, where the atmosphere and attitude are always in a good place no matter how the results are coming in! 3. always Canada 4. I am pumped will have things to write about for once. 5. Honestly I’d have to look for a bit, not too sure how the teams are looking now. 6. Yeah i did! Beautiful
  8. King Kisslinger, one of Warsaw’s next powerhouses has been working so hard over the offseason trying to claw and fight his way and prove to himself that he can be a major part of this franchises future. After a somewhat disappointing rookie season in his eyes which saw him log 17 goals and 24 assists for 41 points in 72 games and during those games he had a plus minus of -41. King Kisslinger was selected with a first round pick and he doesn’t necessarily feel like one currently. King Kisslinger recently said, “you know it’s one of those things where I think because I had really high expectations of myself and I failed to meet them that I’m down on myself. It isn’t anyone’s fault but mine on how I performed and it’s honestly solely up to me to fix the issue and start to perform. I know hockey is not all about being on the stat sheet and yes I do help in other ways but it’s really tough when you aren’t doing what you feel like you’re supposed to be doing.” King also stated, “ I have been working with the offensive coaches really hard over the off season on picking better shots and making sure I can get the puck to my teammates clearly and without an interception of the pass. As for my defensive aspect of my game I’ve been really working on my backwards skating and most definitely my poke checking. I feel like I was taking too many penalties and we can’t have that when we are trying to be the best team there is. What happened last season is water under the bridge, I can not focus on it or else I’ll find myself in the same situation. This year we have a brand new team and a brand new me. I am not going to overrate myself, rather let my game speak for itself and show the fans that myself and the predators can be the real deal.” We asked Kisslinger where this attitude change came from. “Again it all started with last season thinking I will be the best player to walk the earth when that isn’t the case. “I was a rookie with a big head on my shoulders and I got humbled. My coaches and team have been non stop supportive and have help me create this better attitude. The atmosphere in the locker room when were losing was still amazing and it really put some things into perspective for me. We have such a great group of guys and it’s going to be such a blessing to be able to go to war with them every night pretty soon once again.” I cannot wait for this new season to start, I feel like this team is going to be showing flashes of what the future holds and it will be very exciting to put the league on notice and show the world that the predators are ready for the prey.
  9. Lately the GM of Warsaw has been making some crazy moves to make our team that much better, we acquired some veterans to take the load off the rookies back and help guide the way to hopefully more wins. I really like these trades as it will give us time to develop more in a slightly lesser role, especially in my situation. It also gives some more life to the locker room which is super amazing. I feel like our gm is doing everything right when it comes to his team and it’s super exciting being a player and watching the plans slowly unfold. Yeah we still have some weakness on our squad but it is literally only up from here. I don’t think we play as poorly as we did last season this upcoming one and we will definitely cause a few upsets that hopefully are meaningful wins. I cannot wait until Warsaw is a POWERHOUSE again in a few seasons!
  10. 1. Came back to spend time to with my family and it has been a real good time! 2. A little better than last season overall but just shy of playoffs! 3. Welcome to the next dynasty of the league, us players that were here last season are ready to win some games and try our very best to win it all. 4. Man my grandma makes these walnut snowball things and they are LIGHTS OUT! 5.negative, all snow went away Christmas Eve lol 6. i did not, i honestly didn’t look because i worked ten days in a row then had to travel home for the holidays lol
  11. Thank you i appreciate it, hit two weeks today!
  12. Just wanted to start this media spot off by saying Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all! It is a very important time of year, don’t forget to hold love ones tight and enjoy every bit of the holiday vibes. This week is hard because I’m not too sure what to write about for 500 words as the season for me is dead until the new one starts haha. Many of you may of saw my post about getting sober and i appreciate all the support that came from that, still working hard and doing the best I can. Anyways, I’ve been having a hard time keeping up with the updates, I’ve been working basically everyday and decently long hours. It’s been hard to keep up with everything going on and I will max earn as much as I can but life is busy. Im not sure what to do with my player build wise, i wanted my player to be an elite center and i think he can still do it as I’ve only played one season, but it is not looking pretty. My points were okay and stuff but it wasn’t as good as I wanted. I have my stats pretty well even at 70 across the board but I’m not sure if that’s ideal or not. It’s been interesting ever since the build changes but eventually I’ll find something I like. I am happy to let my player ride and see what happens. It’s going to be exciting to see what happens for sure. I would like King Kisslinger to be super loyal to one team like my last couple of players. It feels good to make an impact on a franchise for the rest of its existence, and for me to be able to potentially do it twice would be thrilling. I really enjoy the team and the environment of the discord so it’s a win win. I hope I am a part of the GM’s future for the team for a long time. At the end of the day, I’m not burnt out of the VHL at all but it’s been hard to update as much as i want to and it’s hard for me to find the time to sit down and do it as stated before. This league is a little family and it’s so nice to be able to talk to many different people and that’s what has kept me around for so long. I plan on doing a couple more players before taking a break for a season or two after this one but i do feel like it will be a much needed break at the time Sorry this feels super rambley and not being a very good media spot, It’s Christmas Eve and I’m super tired haha. Happy to be back with my family for the first time since September and I’m looking forward to enjoying the day with them tomorrow. Happy holidays to all and hopefully Santa is extra nice to all who celebrate Christmas ;).
  13. King Kisslinger is ready for Christmas. King Kisslinger decided for the Christmas break he would fly back to Canada and go spend some time with his family and do some work in his hometown community. “ I am so excited to see my family, it has been a long time. It’s hard having my job in Europe across the globe but I do it for them! It helps me feel like I can be a provider and it helps make it worth it. I work hard and do this to help inspire the kids that they can do everything and anything they put their minds too but it’s not always easy!” I decided to do a similar thing like i did in Warsaw with a toy drive and i raised a ton of money for the kids in my hometown. Should be able to give everyone a good and happy merry Christmas and a happy holidays.
  14. Hi stopping by to do a presser 1. i think you guys are on the right track, just try to have the best draft possible and keep pushing forward! 2. Surprised that my player didn’t do better because of the team I’m on. I had top line mins as a rookie and couldn’t find the scoresheet often. 3. Your forward core is unreal so many studs it’s nasty 4. be one of the faces of Warsaw and work hard to build a winning culture there after the rebuild! 5. I have not but i will check it out!! 6. Snow is very nice but not too much of it. I get a fuck ton where I’m at and it’s nasty but a little is nice
  15. One week done ! Super easy week with honestly little temptations! Working hard to improve myself has become my new addiction!
  16. Thanks brotha! Most of my friends and some of my roommates smoke too, but honestly it has been a blessing because i know i can be around it and not have them tempt me but rather support instead!
  17. This was sweet, i really appreciate it, Gustav!! still going strong!!! One week without weed tomorrow! The support from the people in the league has been unreal and I couldn’t be happier to be apart of this awesome family!
  18. Haha, for me lately it is only at night that i really crave it. During the day i can really distract myself with work. But all in all so far it has been pretty easy minus those view moments where i think, “a joint would be nice right now” but i know those thoughts will leave eventually haha
  19. Appreciate all the support! Thanks for you all for commenting and showing support, helps way more than some may think!
  20. Thank you! I appreciate the support, can’t wait to reach the milestones!
  21. Recently a trip to the hospital and a few doctors appointments opened my eyes and i received a few diagnoses (nothing super serious i will live!!) but one of them was a thing called CHS, Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome. Basically for the last couple of months I’ve been having uncontrollable vommiting, sometimes up to 20-25 times a day and i finally have had enough. It got to the point I was calling into work, putting off important things because i couldn’t even function. I could barely eat or keep things down, I was taking multiple super hot baths and showers everyday as that is the only thing that would help the feeling go away. I always thought it was something else, another underlying issue but all along it was the thing i used to chill out and relax, weed. Little did i know not only did i grow a dependency on it but it was slowly hurting me and it was just only gonna get worse and worse. I honestly at one point didn’t know if i would be able to make it one day without smoking as i was a really heavy smoker, multiple joints, bongs or thc carts to keep me “happy”. I know it has only been 3 days but holy hell i can’t believe i haven’t touched it since. I know it’s super early but i just wanted to share my progress to hopefully inspire others to maybe quit or lean back. I know @Banackock has a thread documenting his journey from quitting cigarettes and it really inspired me to start my own journey and bring this awesome community along with me. I intend to stay sober and make better life choices moving forward and I can’t wait to show you all. Cheers guys and here’s to being sober!
