Thompson, Lahtinen, Dood, Idaho… All 2-way power forwards that dominated the Boulet the last 20 seasons and 3/4 of which (the last isn’t retired yet) we’re first ballot HoF. A power forward isn’t inherently bad and in my experience the penalties can be balanced off.

The TPA Tool will also do the same thing but be a little more user friendly. I’m also not sure if the spreadsheet contains the above mentioned tweaks.
