The VHL has grown a lot since I joined exactly 12 years ago. There have been many times over the years when I expected it would close its doors; both times the forum had to be moved and prior to this huge boom in members being the most prominent ones. Every year that passes I’m more and more amazed by the ability of our members to make the league thrive, both in enjoyment and in sheer volume. This league has always been about the community for me and I’m thankful to see the community thriving once again. Here’s to one of our best years ever and I look forward to many more to come. I’m pretty sure I set it as MIS to start? MCK is on me. In any case, I assume this just means if we want MEX and MIS I just need to adjust them on the portal and in the sim @Will?

Just set the guys you want in your lines (or put CPU’s there and let me know which is which) and scratch the releases.

Games are simmed and uploaded but the poster isn't working for me right now. If someone wants to go through and manually post the games you can. Otherwise we can wait for @Will to fix things. You can check the scores still though, the games are there.

Your lack of commas is disturbing. Also sure, I’ll sign up, who doesn’t love roasting the boss? Joined the first day the VHL was open, way back 12 years ago. Have never GMed but have done basically every roll aside from that at least once. Been blue team since 2017 and was one of the driving forces behind banning Boubabi. Also was the first player ever drafted in the VHL and subsequently the first player ever suspended in the VHL.

It’s almost as if VHLM success and a lot of TPE doesn’t automatically mean anything when you hit the VHL ? Unlucky second period for sure, Pepper forgot how to play.

I didn’t change it but I’m probably to blame since I originally made that the abbreviation in the sim.

With a lot of goalies joining there is 0 reason any team should be running an inactive, regardless of TPE level.

#1 is feasible. I think it either fell through the cracks or was suggested as the easier option (ask 3 rather than ask 6) which just seemed way too simple for an already simple task; I could be wrong though. Either way I don’t mind it, would be an easy swap. #2 is not small at all actually, it’s a huge pain in the ass. We’d have to set up any group we’d want added and then manually manage the members that belong in it; including the 21 current rosters, 11 of which are VHLM and change constantly. This would all have to be done by the admins. It’s a ridiculously large pile of manual work for a relatively minor gain. The group mentions aren’t a big deal so long as they aren’t abused. #3 I believe @Will is looking into but as it’s portal based I can’t really comment much on it.

Obviously don’t like taking the loss but I’ll take 3 points and move on.
