  5. Believe what you want idk it’s the truth about what happened in my case. Bek shot me a message around tdl when I had my backup saying I was over which i immediately changed, thanks to the reminder. I haven’t disagreed with the punishment or anything, I think and hope others would agree it’s my job as a gm to take care of those games, I failed, and the circumstances of the team made it look worse and more ill-intentioned. Sure he might’ve performed better, sure the blues might be lazy , and the punishment might be a little steep. But in the end I’m getting what I deserve Is this a ball don’t lie kind of situation?

  9. Probably a sphere. Get up, shower, go to class, do homework, eat, repeat I like when a player is able to control themselves during hard times in a game a keep playing, also faceoff plays The Rumor mill is churnin and the offseason hasn't even begun, what do you think will happen this offseason? Any way to early WJC nation winner picks? Any way to early JST team winner picks?
  10. Apply, also the same with Leandro, sjin, and mysterious fish I’d like to discuss the role and how it affects hogans legacy

  13. 1. As a tanking I gotta say just the entire season, everyone knows it's not fun to lose, but gotta trust the process. 2. I think if I got a sick concept going I probably would to hang up somewhere 3. I'm enjoying ALL of the theme week articles. 1. Have you submitted a trivia question for the trivia question pool? 2. What's better College hockey or Pro hockey? 3. Sticking with the topic of college, thought's on coach PRIME and the buffs in football?
  14. I really like this season’s theme week topic, gives me some hope that the commissioners mindset is finally heading in the right direction. I’m also glad that I now have a doc in my google drive that will be titled “FISTED ANALLY” till the end of time, pray no one ever goes through my drive. Anyways theme week, throughout my tender in the VHL (coming up on 3 years holy) I haven’t been one to cause any big scenes. I mean where I, N0HBDY, explicitly go out and start and argument so trivia doesn’t count. Let’s look back now, it’s season 86, legendary goaltender Cole Pearce is in the prime of his career, Chicago is an absolute powerhouse in the NA conference behind Calgary. Cole is putting in WORK and making his already impressive stats (by our real life standards) even better. It’s the season of his career. 64 games played, 43-18-3 record, 0.933 save percentage, 2.05 GAA, 6 shutouts, and 132 total goals against (almost 30 less than the season before). Anyways season is over with now, Chicago takes the 2 seed in playoffs and beats DC in a dramatic game 7 fashion. Move on to lose to eventual cup champions the Vancouver Wolves in another dramatic 7 game showdown. Overall a solid playoff performance as well with a .93 even save percentage and a slightly higher 2.61 GAA. Now as a warning I don’t know if I can stop the urge to use caps lock at some parts of the upcoming story, 4 seasons later I’m still very much sensitive on it. Awards time, Cole is nominated for the Funke (Most Improved), Shaw (Top Goaltender), and Slobo (Most Outstanding). Cole misses out on the Funke to Girts Galvins, a Warsaw Predator then represent! Cole SOMEHOW misses out on the Shaw, we’ll get into that in a bit, to Seattle goalie Dusty Wilson, and then Cole also misses out on the Slobo award which is a given because fucking Daniel Janser dropped an unhuman 120 points. I was there watching the awards live and already livid up to that point, then as an extra slap to the face Cole was named all 2nd-team behind guess who, the man who possibly (he did) robbed Cole of the Shaw, DUSTY WILSON. But don’t worry everyone Cole did come out of the season with one award, BY DEFAULT, the Greg Clegan award (lowest reg season GAA). These motherfuckers took away any and all awards/honors they could from Cole, because lets be honest 2nd team is a god damn joke when you probably should’ve gotten 1st. So HOW did Dusty “steal” these awards is what you’re probably asking, and we’ll pull out the stats comparison: Cole Pearce: 64 GP, 43-18-3, 0.933SV%, 2.05GAA, 6 Shutouts, 132GA, 1973 Shots faced Dusty Wilson: 63 GP, 30-29-3, 0.934SV%, 2.22GAA, 9 Shutouts, 139GA, 2098 Shots faced Each goaltender bested the other in alternate categories, which I must give props to my opponent because it surely doesn’t seem like an easy decision to decide who in the best. Unfortunately from what I interpreted from the BOG’s thought process, the record means fuckall because that’s more team than player, SV% is a serious consideration of the goalies talents, GAA is similar to overall record (fuckall), shutouts being a ‘serious’ category, and I don’t know if I ever got the last details for GA and shots faced but ya you get the gist. Any stat Cole was proficient and better than Dusty in, meant nothing, as well as the fact that Dusty supporters were crediting Dusty for dragging Seattle into the playoffs that season (got swept 3-0 in WC round). So anyways that’s my FISTED ANALLY BY A CIRCUS MONKEY spiel, I mainly blame spartan, and don’t know why co-winners wasn’t considered either, fuck bog. 629 words

  17. INDEX @VHLE GMWooo it's time to get the season rolling, this was my first time doing this, and I was very carefully guided by Cow from his new home (a park bench in east hastings!!!) so if you find any issues please direct your inquiries towards him. <Copypasta on how to do lines> To send in your lines please use the Team Management section of the portal. The process for downloading the client file and using STHS to make your lines is still the same, and if you have manual requests due to waiver pick-ups or other roster changes please PM MexicanCow your notes through Discord. <End> STHS Client 3.3.9 is the most up-to-date version, please check and update your client if required.
  18. A long-awaited jersey retirement for beloved franchise players is not something you get to do every season and this will be the first of hopefully many in my GM career. Today Warsaw will be retiring the jersey's of one of the league's most deadly offensive powerhouse duos since the season they first joined forces. Zach Kisslinger II @Kisslingerwas drafted in S80 at 14th overall which set him on the path to becoming the franchise leader in Games Played, Goals, Assists, Total Points, and Hits. Throughout his career helped the team achieve a Victory Cup, a Continental Cup, and his own individual award the Scott Boulet Trophy. His tenure with the team preceded my time as GM for the team. Though I can't take the credit for making the terrific decision of drafting him in Season 80 at 14th overall and welcoming him to Warsaw, that belongs to @dlamb, it was a pleasure to have had him for the part of his career I was around for. Here's to the King also returning home to break his own record Brendan Marner @MetalTodaywas drafted in S80 at 21st overall, setting him on a path just behind Zach Kisslinger, if Marner had played just one more season he would surely be sitting above ZKll in many franchise categories. Marner sits T-2nd for games played, 2nd in goals (by 1!!!), 2nd in assists, 2nd in points, 2nd in hits, but 1st in shots and game winning goals. Throughout his career he amassed a respectable amount of combined player/team awards, a Scott Boulet Trophy, Brett Slobodzian Trophy, and Mike Szatkowski Trophy for player awards, a Victory Cup and Continental Cup for team. As a 2nd round pick he finished with just over 1800 tpe, an accomplishment hardly ever seen from someone at his draft position. You were great having in the locker room and I hope to bring you back again one day. With that I present the official banners for the two aforementioned players who will now be immortalized in Warsaw Predators history.
