I with you on your feelings about the BOG. I love engaging and trying to help the league improve, but I personally just don’t have the capacity or desire to fulfill the role of a bogger that it deserves. I also prefer the more casual, “log in, bully a few people, hit up Discord when I’m bored, vanish for the weekend,” routine that isn’t really suitable for a higher “responsibility” job. Regrettably, our team is struggling mightily this season, and we find ourselves at the bottom of the standings and out of a playoff spot. However, we're looking for some active new players to help finish the season strong and try to upset a few of the teams higher than us For some general info, VHLM contracts are standardized. Which is to say, no matter what team you sign with, you will receive $1.5M to play the final 26ish games this season, after which you'll be entered in the VHLM draft and likely find yourself on a new team for next season. What we here in Halifax can offer you in addition to that, is Top 4 defensive minute to finish the season (The advantage of us entering a bit of a rebuild is that we have a few extra roster spots ). The people you'd be joining are awesome and loyal folks, and we have people in place to help develop you and help you climb the draft boards as you begin your VHL career!
