Yeah, I think that's the main discussion internally is like, it's easy to give the award to a team that makes 4 big time trades in the offseason to have a cannonball splash of a season, meanwhile a GM like Kaleeb is over on the other of the pool with quiet and calculated 10 out of 10 dives from the high boards. No big splash, so not the same attention. And then the another issue (in particular in the VHLM this is more so a problem) of sometimes people taking into account playoff success and others only taking into account the regular season. Like to me, GMOTY is more of a regular season trophy, if there's a tie in my mind then you tie break with playoffs, that's how I voted when I was an M GM but obviously Idk exactly the criteria anyone in the BOG uses.

2 teams in gray at home?!?!?! Ahhhhhh. I would say 90% fire. I'd make the Rome Alt the primary bc that thing is so good you gotta wear it most of your home games. And I think the Black/Gold color scheme for Vast has to be in the primary. Other wise amazing work as always. oh and last nit pick, Olson alts need a just a yellow lighting bolt for the shoulder patch, the red man break ups what the jersey is doing too much. But like that's a tiny thing.

Well it's tough to say. Cavill is rated as a 70/99 so finding someone better than that may be easier said than done. And even if you do find someone via the trade block how much it will cost to make that jump might not be worth the upgrade. And then as far as a potential waiver edition being an upgrade they would need their rating properly allocated and at least 110 TPE to actually surpass Cavill. (5 into RB, then 35 into each of SC, RT, and HS) and that's just to be equivalent.

Your goalie has a sub .900 save percentage, that's THE weakness. Granted that could be partially a matter of a low volume of shots against but still. Not ideal. And that's in comparison to the rest of your roster, it's not A weakness, it's YOUR weakness. If you could upgrade anything and increase your odds of winning the cup.. G is where it's at. There isn't a goalie of higher pedigree than the one you have available but in terms of trading but still.
