aaaaayyyyy Kuznetsov I always feel awkward talking about my own team sometimes because I'm actually aware that not everyone wants to hear about every game the caps play. I don't particularly mind the Vancouver talk but it definitely is all we talk about. I just wished we talked about the Blues and the Sharks and Avs more because they're bae.

anyways, as much as I love talking about penises, and believe me I do, I have a question about glasses. So like I know I could just go to the glasses store and get glasses cleaner but glasses stores aren't open at 11:30 at night and I have this mark on my glasses I can't get off even when I rinsed them off with water it just spreads (this mark is not from anything penis related) does anybody know anything that works to clean off glasses well besides just water?

It's a really a shame Kendrick feels like he is being used and doesn't wan't to recruit anymore because honestly as much as I disagree with him he is by far the best recruiter we have. Besides the new people he brings in I know he gets old people to come back that he gets no credit for. When I was gone, he contacted me at least twice about coming back and even though that's not the reason I came back (I already had intentions of coming back and was working to get to a healthier place) I know that he has probably gotten some others to come back. Anyways I can do the Facebook/Twitter stuff again if there are no other takers, if there are then forget me because sometimes I go missing unexpectedly.

This has been suggested like 400,000 times by different people and the debate still rages isn't that the job of a VHLM GM? Like that should be in your job description, neigh, it is in your job description which I know for fact because I wrote it when I was on the welcoming committee. Why isn't this a GMs job? Like seriously it should be expected of a GM and if the GM fails to deliver nooblets who remain in the league, or a lost nooblet comes wandering out seeking help, the GM should lose their job. The VHLM is a developmental league and if you want to have a VHLM GM job you should be prepared and eager to develop players. Even VHL GMs don't just toss their players to the side, the best ones continually check in and are there to help their players, it's part of getting the most out of your team and it's part of their job in a leadership role in the league. This should transcend to the VHLM and should be equally expected out of VHLM GMs. And if you're a VHL or VHLM GM sitting here like "oh I never do this" what exactly are you doing? In my opinion this shouldn't be necessary, it should be expected from the GMs. Now that's not saying our current welcoming system couldn't be revised with regards to the welcome message and the initial entrance to the league, but beyond that the onus is on the GMs.

What do you think constitutes an inactive? I have gotten in to this argument with Kendrick twice since I've come back and with recent events involving GIYGAS it becomes even more questionable. For those who missed the GIYGAS case Muffins hadn't posted in ages, let alone do anything relating to his player. However, he did continue to log on periodically, probably just lurking or responding to PMs. Riga tried to re-sign GIYGAS as an inactive but the Victator said no, claiming because he had logged in he wasn't inactive. And then, the debate began, a couple of GMs and prominent members weighed in on what they considered an inactive. For me it's whether or not they're logging on, because as long as you are logging on you are probably getting and responding to PMs. In which case you would be able to receive a contract offer even though you might miss it on the boards. And how long does someone have to be "inactive" to be considered AN inactive? I know I have gone a week or so without logging in before and much longer without updating my player but when is that line crossed? Do you have to be upgrading your player to be active? What do you guys think?
