Toast 887
A few weeks ago VHL This Week was introduced in hopes of giving members a one stop forum to check out what has been going on with the site over the past week. Duckwurrf seemed like he was determined to get the thing running for the forum but the expected start date of August 17 never came around. Over in the VHLM edition of This Week, jaladolar is doing some fantastic work. Was this really a necessary addition to the site though? With the week magazine writers covering all sorts of things around the league, it should be assumed that most of the top moments of the week are touched on and then some. Take a look at the work jaladolar has done for this week’s Power Poll question: Is This Week necessary with the Mags? It’s unfortunate that duck hasn’t managed to put together anything for This Week yet minus the introduction yet, but there is clearly the chance that it could start up at any given time. So, would you like to have some more reading material on the site, or should the VHL just wave bye to Mike Milbury before he gets the chance to butcher this thing? Make sure to comment with your vote as best comments get into the Mag!

Devise 4,475
I agree that it's kind of a strange concept considering we have the Mag, but keep in mind some people don't read the Mag due to it's overwhelming size of content. This Week is a good "intro" to things going on in the league for new members who may not see or view the mag on a regular basis.

boubabi 4,725
I think it's necessary. Mag talk more about stuff who creates debate and shit, more though into it. VHL this week, is a nice resume of the league activities for everyone who doesn't have that much time to follow. I would enjoy both, for sure. RomanesEuntDomus 442
I loved what jaladolar has done with the recent VHLM edition, that was just some amazing work. But I think that it might actually be better to have these things a little shorter and more condensed. It would give everyone who doesn't follow the league that closely a quick overview over what happened and then the magazine(s) can go in-depth on things. eaglesfan036 4,598
VHLM this week has been providing a lot of stuff the mag doesn't do, such as showing a lot of the ways to earn tpe each week, pointing out some of the more exciting games of the week, and showing some interesting media spots or graphics made each week. Mike 708
When I was in the VHLM under GM Jim "FlyersFan" Gow he posted weekly in the Lynx lockerroom with things to be done each week to earn TPE. I thought that was an amazing idea for new players so for the VHLM This Week to show them every week that is great. Why not do that for the VHL as well sounds good to me. As far as the other part of it about highlighting certain things Sounds like more mag stuff to me could probably just add more content to the mag instead.
