Wartortle uses Water Pulse and is hit with a Fire Blast from Charizard. Another Water Pulse, and Charizard is still standing. Charizard uses Dragon Claw and knocks out your Wartortle! One might expect a Water-type to win that fight, but Lance is just that good.

 

You send out Jolteon again, who finishes Charizard with Thunder.

 

Both you and Lance switch out your fighters now, you to Glaceon and Lance to Dragonite. Dragonite gets the first move...
