And technically names would fall under moderation as well, because if someone would name a player Hdolf Aitler then probably moderators would involve themselves and ask/make them change the players name. There's a pretty clear difference between role playing with player names and directly/indirectly facilitating hate speech. One would get changed, the other wouldn't.
