Nothing to busy but maybe some depth and texture to it could make it better. Command + click the thumbnail of the render layer. That will create a selection of the render. Create a new layer. Edit -> Stroke (I think, it's been awhile, should be near fill I think). Move wherever you want. Pretty easy effect actually. As for the sig, I'm with brannan. Nice but the BG needs a tad more.
