Yeah from what I understand shl had a rougher start than vhl did but it seems to be in an unbiasedly better place active member count wise. Then again, depends. I know I've bitched at them for spamming there, just makes the league look like shit. Edit- well for the most part. Occasionally you still get newer members who decide to spam to try to recruit.
