Shootouts can certainly heavily affect standings, and it seems a bit weird for them not to be an editable attribute for skaters, especially given that goalies can add TPE to their own PS attribute. If anything, why not just make a formula that would calculate a player's PS attribute, such as the average between the player's scoring and puck handling attribute. For example, Schmeckeldorf has 77 Puck Handling and 52 Scoring, so his PS attribute under this formula would come out to be 64.
