Mike 708 Posted April 16, 2014 Author Share Posted April 16, 2014 Well I don't have time to do the offense and the defense tactics and strategies on a daily basis like I did in the original GLB. I hired Bauer and D3vilsFire to do D/O respectively but I dont know how much they do. I know for a fact Bauer only did depth charts and never put in defensive playbook while D3vilsfire did put in an offense at first but dont think hes really worked on it much after. I've got access so an account with a shit ton of Flex so I wont end the team. I'm going to be looking for people within the GLB community to fill spots and try to take coordinator jobs for those that want to stick to it.
