Milwaukee, WI - Once again, for no reason other than this is the first random American city to come to my mind, we are reporting from the cheese-head capital of the USA, on the Seattle Bears, as they make a late season push towards the top of the standings. With a recent 9-1-0 record through their last 10 games, the Bears are trying to overtake the Helsinki Titans to secure home-ice in the first round of the playoffs. Sitting 8 points back with just 9 games to go, this remains a tall order, even after winning their last game over Helsinki and playing them twice more before the season comes to a conclusion.

If any team has the firepower to do it, however, it is the Helsinki Titans, as over this 10-game run, they have outscored opponents by a whopping 44-17 margin. Leading the way offensively over that span is Captain Gabriel McAllister with 14 goals and 13 assists for a whopping 27 points, good enough to overtake three New York Americans for 1st place in league scoring at 103 points on the season. If McAllister can keep his torrid pace, there might be no stopping this new juggernaut in Starbucks country!
