Because someone thought he was above the law and called you up without a contract But no, I think since you were above VHLM Cap, you were auto'd onto the roster for the first couple sims before it got caught. They have 600k in cap space, which they've just gained because they got 3mil of Dragomir while swapping out (1.2+2.4) 3.6mil of Davis and Charm. So they always had 1.25mil for Garrop???
