We have created a survey that will be PMed and emailed out to new members after a week that will get us some important feedback. The member will get a 5 TPE reward for filling the survey out. This job entails the surveyor to send the survey out and then post it in a thread in the recruitment crew forum. Each season this person will be required to audit or combine the results into a Google Doc or excel or what have you document. They will also be required to join in actively in brainstorming sessions for recruitment. Pay will be 1 TPE per week. Plus larger amount for time required to create overall audit once per season. Preference given to newer members and members currently without a job.
