Congratulations Mississauga. You've finally done it. You slayed the dragon that is Saskatoon. Walking in the steps of legends, you gave the Wild their second loss in 55 games. You couldn't let them get that 51st win. It's clear that @GustavMattias is a great GM and built a great team this year. The drive and consistence of the players on the Hounds is quite possibly the best in the league. Let us not forget about the Hounds fabulous AGM @Berocka. I'd argue he's been the main force in driving the individual players forward. It's amazing how much he does even though Australia doesn't exist. In reality we should have seen this coming. Since the start of the season, Mississauga has been keeping pace with Saskatoon despite the fact the Wild beat the Hounds 5 times in a row. All of those games where within 2 goals and the latest one even went to a shootout! It was only a matter of time before the Hounds came out on top. Sure Saskatoon might have a record breaking year, but it'll always be a little less record breaking thanks to the Hounds taking them down. Gustav is probably the best GM in the VHLM right now... Well that is till the Hounds lost to Mexico in their next game. I guess that means Mexico is the best?

Yeah, Mexico is third best until Philadelphia catches them in the standings and then they get swept in the second round of the playoffs to Saskatoon.
