Most Shooty:

Awarded to the player who has taken the most shots on net, successful goals don't count here. This year's Pepper Mill Award for Most Shooty goes to:

Dan Wilinsky @oilmandan

Wilinsky put up an absurd 81 shots in 19 games for an average of 4.26 shots per game. While only scoring on 6.17% of his attempts, Wilinsky peppered The Bears' opponents with an onslaught of high-quality scoring chances, wearing down their defenders and goalers to a point where goals were a statistical inevidability. Though an old man by Bears' standards, this right winger made sure he was hard to play against in all situations.

Most Skatey:

Awarded to the player with the most average minutes per game played, this year's Super Soaker Award for Most Skatey goes to:

Guy LeGrande @Steve

Guy LeGrande averaged 32.56 minutes per game in the S69 playoffs, leading not only all Bears but all players who participated in the post-season. While doing this, LeGrande managed an impressive +5 rating, showing that exhaustion isn't an emotion that he's capable of showing. Thanks to Guy for soaking up so many hard pairings and shutting down so many opposing forces, you were great for us this year!

Most Hurty:

Awarded to the player with the most shot blocks, this year's Hal Johnson and Joanne Macleod Award for Most Hurty goes to:

Ambrose Stark @Banackock

With 40 shot blocks, or an average of 2.11 per game, Stark laid his body on the line to make sure pucks didn't get on net. Despite recent advances in skate blocking technology, we at The Bears are sure that Stark's ankles are worse for wear. Thanks for all of your sacrifice Ambrose, and laying it on the line for the team.
