  1. review- Nice Design simple but smooth. The grey contrast better with the white than i thought it would so nice job mixing it up. Name is a little hard to read but still looks good. the custom logo on the jersey is very well placed and looks authentic, The wood looking finish is really nice. keep up the nice work the only way is up.
  2. Review- A job well done. I like the way it looks, Its like an old school style hockey card. The art is nice and the fitting of the body and head together are pretty smooth. Smart idea with the neck guard to help hide a bit. Great choice in lettering and font easy to read works well with the style. Logo placement at the bottom is just the right size to make it fit perfect with the card size.
  3. Local French talk show from Montreal Quebec. Steve: Good morning to all, I’m Steve Roche. Today I’m sitting down for a follow up of the Ottawa Lynx, Chace Trepanier. How is it going Chace? Chace: Hi Steve, Im feeling in pretty good shape, Season is going well i have some parts of my game that needs work but in time i feel i can lift my team and self to the next level. Steve: Good to hear Chace, So now that your career has started what are you looking at for the future, Jump to VHL next year or Continue to play with Ottawa next season? Chace: I have been really enjoying my time as a Lynx and we have a real great group of guys over here and only seeing things getting better, I have been contacted by a VHL GM for some Pre Draft Scouting and i would be able to play in a rebuilding team for sure. Will i be ready for the jump not sure i will work hard to get to that level. If the gm feel that it would be better for me to stick with Ottawa another year i have no problem with that. I am happy no matter were i go and will thrive to improve all year. Steve: Pre Draft eh, So soon? I didint think teams where already looking at them yet. where do you see yourself being drafted? Chace: I would like to go in the top 10 and will be surprised if i do, Ive got lots of work to be done before i can make that realistic, But you know the draft is a game about needs and im hoping i can become one of the top LWs available,If i manage that i feel i have a shot at top 10. i will get a better feel for things once i pass more interviews. Steve: Good to know Chace, The managent in Ottawa had given you a better role due to your performance at the start of the season, Do you see yourself getting another promotion by seasons end ? Chace: Look i was very happy to hear management was satisfyed with my performance to date, And that they felt i deserve a shot on a better line. Yes it has put more pressure on me to perform well to stick to it even tho my performance of late has not been my best i feel like we a little more work i can improve myself enough to stick on the top 6. Steve: One of your team mates are having a break through year after a rocky start, Roctrion King, Hes been scoring goals left and right and plays on the same side as you.what are your feeling about trying to catch such a hot team mate? Chace: Roctrion is the better player at the moment and he is on a high i am very happy for him and proud to have him as a team mate, Will i try to get as good as him its a goal of mine will i acomplish it this season will be hard to tell. I am focusing on my game and working getting me better and profiting from hot team mates. one day i hope to be playing on his level. Steve: Thanks for your time Chace, and good luck on going for the cup congrats on the great start. Chace: Merci Beaucoup!!! Steve.
  4. 1) We're now a few games into the regular season, what are your thoughts on how your team has done to this point of the season? We had a rocky start and took a couple of games for the team to settle in and have some solid chemistry. Lines are starting to click good together weve had some short winning streaks here and there, Sitting near the top of the standings, We have a couple of players having career years and that will be in contention for awards at the end of the year. 2) What are your thoughts on your own performances? I had started off hot scoring in my 1st couple of games,But latlely i seem to be struggling to be consistent with my new line mates. Some areas of my game need to be worked on if im gonna proceed to become better. 3) What's been your favourite game to this point of the season? Game 10 vs Saskatoon, i went on to score 2 goals and be named 2nd star of the game in a tight 6-5 win over them. I fail to score in the shoot out but i goalie held us in to get the important 2 points. 4) With the World Juniors being announced to return this season, how excited are you at the prospect of potentially representing your country? I am very excited and will be thrilled to play for my country in the World Jrs. It give me a oppurtunity to show my skills and talent on a more equal playing field, And to give the VHL GMs a better look at my potential. 5) We're currently working on creating a more up to date video tutorial to help people around the site, if there's anything you're currently unclear of or something that took you a while to pick up that you'd like to see mentioned in the tutorial, what would it be? Everything is going good to date im finding my way around pretty good. Only thing i would say is some in depth explanations of TPE oppertunities and were to find them. A quick guide to find what were like an index links for certain areas of the site. 6) I do a tag for you when I post new press conference questions, would you like that whenever a new point task opportunity arises? Yes indeed this helps me keep track of lots of things would be much appriciated if you continue to tag me. Wanted to say thank you for all the help you have provided through the tags.

  11. The Lynx Quest for the Cup The Ottawa Lynx started off on a rocky debut losing their first two games, Management was not impressed and tried to shake up the players in the locker after some diassapointing performences from their top stars. The players were baffled by the way the season started with so many new faces to place with. They also brought in some new UFA’s that were first timers in the league, They had a rocky start yes but pulled it together come Games 3 and 4 were they dominated the Wild in one game and had tight game the second time around. At this time the chemistry started to click with the newly accuried players. This gave the group momentum and carried them on a 4 game winning streak by defeating the Stroms 2 games in a row. Their first line C Chance Matthews has been playing unreal leading the team in Assist with 10 while Defensman Lando Baxter leads the team in Points with 13. New Comer Chace Trepanier made bold statements in his press conference saying that he intends to challenge for the Goal Scoring award and is off to a good start by scoring 5 Goals in 7 games tied for 1st on the team with Baxter. On the back end we got the beast defender in Joseph McWolf who has been playing very well while staying in the positives he is a hitting machine, With 23 hits in 7 games people are proclaiming him to be the next Scott Stevens. Goalie Kallis Kriketers was touted to be the best Goalie in the league and is off to a rough start with the Lynx letting in 23 goals on 174 shots, a Save percentage of 0.868 and a Goals Against Average of 3.25. The team is not sure if the defence is not doing enough to help him or if he is just struggling to find his game. The players have all met with him to give their vote of confidence and will strive to help him get in top form again. The team recently had a meeting and are looking only to work harder and get better. Management is so impressed with some of the new guys they might be switching up the roles in the coming weeks. It is heard that there is always room for improvement and possible trades to happen, The Lynx have some extra picks in next years draft that could possibly bring in a high end asset for a legit playoff push. The team feel they can compete as is but there is always a possibility anything can happen in the world of Hockey. The team has a talented group of guys on and off the ice. Chance Matthews or Rain has a real nice weekly pod cast going on team updates and game recaps totally worth checking out. And Joseph McWolfe aka McWolf also has some nice write ups that will be worth checking out in the future. Im still pretty new to this scene and will be providing weekly updates on team news moves stats and more hope you enjoyed the read and wish everyone the best of luck with their season, Peace out and keep moving forward.

  13. 1) The VHLM Regular Season is set to start today, what's the one thing you're most looking forward to seeing? Looking to have a breakout rookie season and prove to the big guns i deserve to be drafted high. 2) From the guys on your team, who do you think is the most under-rated? I would Say Chance Matthews hes good enough to play top line easy. 3) What are your thoughts on the current competition within the team for places at your position? The two guys in front of me are really talented, but im sure with hard work i can surpass them. 4) What do you think of your team's locker room forum? Anything you'd like to see added to it? It looks pretty good no complaints to date. Management is pretty open to suggestions 5) From the time that you've been here, what's the first piece of advice you would give to a new member joining the league? Be active and very creative when creating content and the skys the limit for your talent. 6b) Since the last questions, we launched a TPE tracker to allow you to see how well you're earning TPE against other players in the S63 Draft Class. Where do you expect to be on those rankings come draft day? (If you are in the S63 Draft) I am expecting to be in the top 5. its a bold statement but i will do my all to back it up.

  17. Local French talk show from Montreal Quebec. Steve: Good morning to all, I’m Steve Roche. Today I’m sitting down with one of the newest members of the Ottawa Lynx, Chace Trepanier. How is it going Chace? Chace: Hi Steve, I am doing pretty good considering the week i have had. I needed to pass some physicals before getting any real good offers from the league. Steve: Nice to hear Chace, we heard after passing your physicals that you were offered a contract in the VHLM for the next season with the Ottawa Lynx. Congratulations on reaching such a good level of hockey, But how does your family and friends feel about you going to play for an Ontario team? Chace: First i am not here to please my family, I am here to focus on my career and whats best for me as a player. My next step is to reach the VHL but we need to start somewhere and i feel Ottawa has a real good shot this year in the VHLM. I will give it my all and hope for success and hopefully be able to prove to my junior coaches that their work was not for nothing, I’m ready to win. Steve: Speaking of the contract, Have you heard news of what line and which line-mates you will have? Chace: I had spoken with the GM of The Lynx prior to the signing of the contract to see were i would fit, He said i will start off on the third line with some PP or PK time. I’m excited to start playing with my new line-mates Mitchell and Wilinsky. I've met them and i feel like we will click well together. Steve: Good to know Chace, I’m sure Ottawa are thrilled to have you. Can you tell me a little bit about the expectations that you have for yourself heading into this season? Chace: I am gonna go out there and give my 115% every time, As it is my 1st year at this level i did not want to put the bar over the top, But i am looking to score 40 goals in my rookie season. I would like to make it to the Cup but we will see when the time comes. Just want to have good chemistry with my team mates go out there and have fun. Steve: We are getting close to the end of the show what do you like to do on your spare time? The Fans would love to get to know you a little better as you head into your first season. Chace: At this moment i am really focused on my career and improving myself as an athlete. A normal day for me is to get up hit the gym, Go to practice eat healthy study the leagues other teams. I have been getting to know my new team mates of late it helps smooth the process of changing leagues. On my off time i am usually working on my car collection. Steve: Thanks for your time Chace, I wish you all the luck this season and on your debut. Chace: Merci Beaucoup!!! Steve. Word Count: 528
