Apparently I missed the discussion for this in the BoG.

Not gonna really read through others questions but maybe got a few of my own. 1. What other areas are you looking to explore? 2. Rate how well you've done thus far. 3. Expectations for the present and future of recruitment? 4. Any new things/announcements or ideas we can expect to see soon? 5. Any thoughts on a recruitment drive and potentially revamping it? It seems there isn't enough initiative for most to recruit during it - so most others say "ah, others will do it and I don't need to". Thoughts handing out new rewards for members? Say - 5 TPE for your 1st recruit and 2 for the next and having milestones for each level? Ex 1 = 5 TPE, 10 = double week etc. 6. How's that advertisement graphic coming? 7. Any big sites you're looking to reach out to? 8. Is there anyway we can make VHL be the top hit on google? Or make it one of the top for words like "hockey" etc?

They way I see it - 20 or 40 bucks isn't a whole lot and I enjoy the VHL. I know the spot some of these guys are in and they're really awesome dudes. If they come on, bull shit in the LR and are still a part of the league and team - hey, I'm a happy guy.

I've asked if I could donate for people before and have been told it was okay. No difference really and no harm in it IMO. For all anyone knows, I owe them money personally or a favour. I just want my boys active and to help em out.

It's stale for some. Can't appease all. We just ended a season 2 weeks ago and are already 20% through the next regular season? 90% of VHL awards are for the regular season. One BoG member was quoted as calling the playoffs a "crap shoot". I've heard a couple members say the regular season is more important and decides to "champion" better over 72 games than a 7 game playoff series. In fact, I'm thinking it was the same BoG. The regular season is perfect. If anything, make it 82 games. If you want a 2 weeks season, join the casual league known as the GOMHL. Lol

IMO then, don't shorten the length by actual real-life days, but just add 10 games to the season and make them 82 game seasons.

Honestly, It's just different. The portal or index itself is different and I don't like that fact. These though, I mean, not bad.
