  5. tbh, I'm just claiming this shit as 12/12. Doubles week.
  6. @Da Trifecta ily
  7. To Bern - S50 Bratislava 1st S50 Bratislava 3rd S50 Brampton 3rd To Bratislava - Kai Roberts (C) Thanks, @sterling for the talks. Adding DT adds activity to our LR, depth to our offensive lines (which have been rolling huge this season) and allows us to add talent when everyone else is doing so through waivers. We were 1st place without a goalie, and went out a grabbed one. DT will only make us stronger and more confident in our playoff rush. Very happy to have him and his player aboard as I had tried to get him earlier in the season.
  8. BRT claims Travis Gowecny
  9. I get it's the regular season, but 6-1-1 VS Ottawa this year.
  10. BRT claims Essian Ravenwing
  11. 3-1 Vikings
  12. Bears Legion Americans Express
  13. Over the last while, we have seen AK-47 and his agent shoot off at the VHLM's new comer goalie, Sven Wolf. With statements such as "Hey fucker, you suck more than Kim Kardashian", "I'm #1 in yo mamma's ass" and "Wolves are the only mammals that suck my cock", attention and drama has quickly folded over and has become largely apparent in the media. While Sven Wolf isn't one to shy away from the media and sticking his ground, he's been quiet up until now. However, last night AK-47 and his agent released this statement: "So I was sitting on the sidelines of a Raptors game with my best friend Drake and I got to think how great of a goalie I am in the league. I'm pure fire, brah. That Wolf nig thinks he's got the shit on me but I got a cock down to my knees that I use as a five-hole door stop. Wolf ain't got my #1, fam. I once partied with Hillary Clinton and let me tell you something, we threw an 8ball on the floor and it said "Wolf, you a dumb fuck". After releasing the statement, Wolf quickly responded on social media. "It's unfortunate that AK-47 has to come off as such a bitch. Congrats to having Drake as a best friend. We knew the reason you put lip balm on after games was to choke on his chode. If you're #1, I'd like to invite you to the VHLMSC rankings to take a look at where we're standing currently. Seems as though AK-47 is shooting blanks and needs to reload. Your mother should have done us all a favor and should have swallowed you.
  14. Bratislava will claim Beaver if he's not a goalie
  15. It happens. Wolf > Campbell though.
  16. Hey now, even without a goalie we were #1. @sterling we want DT.
  17. Oh wait. I'm wrong. Wolf played for the hurtin Blades too @Evans so Wolf has more wins than Bern does,
  18. I'm aware of that. I was stating Wolf is 6-1-1 through 8 games, having half the amount of wins through 8 as the Bern Royals do as a team through 42 (12).
  19. Is that why in 8 games played, he's already won half of your teams total wins through 42 games?
  20. When initially entering into the VHLM, Sven Wolf was claimed by the Brampton Blades. While on the team, Watchmen GM Blake Campbell pursued the young goaltender to some extent as his team was missing that final piece to help them repeat at a championship. Although the price was steep (1st and 2nd for Wolf, Alset and a 3rd), the Watchmen landed their #1 goalie and Wolf was heading to a new city to play between the pipes. When approached about the deal, this is what Wolf had to say: "I thank Brampton for the opportunity to play for them. During my time there, I went 8-6-0 with a 2.11 GAA. It's not bad but it was a much weaker team. I feel as though I'm fairly strong and prior to playoff time I will only continue to get stronger. Being traded to Bratislava is great in multiple ways. Firstly, it helps them out huge. They were missing a number one goalie yet were doing so well. Secondly, I go to a competing team that wishes to win a cup and that has fairly good odds at doing so. I'm very excited to be apart of the Watchmen organization". Since joining the Watchmen, Campbell has posted a record of 6-1-1, a SV% of .898 and a GAA of 1.72.
  21. Season 47 was quite the year for the Bratislava Watchmen. With a hot start at the beginning of the season, the team fell into a significant slump which lasted roughly a quarter of the season. Knowing that change was inevitable if the Watchmen wished to chase a championship and that his players were becoming unsettled with all the recent losing, Bratislava GM Blake Campbell went to the phones to started making the calls. One by one, all within a short span, trades were made between the Watchmen and the opposing teams. As each trade came in, the team continued to get stronger. Their defense became arguably the best defense in the league and their organizational depth all around was easily above average. With a stronger defensive core, Zhumbayev played stronger and the wins started to roll in. By the time playoffs came, the Watchmen had clinched first place in the conference and we're confident heading into the playoffs. With the bye, they awaited their opponents in the second round. Next, game the finals where they barely hung on to the finals after coming out fast with a large series lead. Eventually, the Watchmen hoisted their first cup in some time, GM Campbell won his first cup and second Jack Reilly award for GM of the year. The season was successful and the Watchmen will be remembered for their midseason to late season heroics in such an amazing turnaround. Now, the Watchmen are competing in Season 48 at a chance for a repeat. The team has been excellent this season even if they did lose some big names. The team is currently sitting in first place in the league and it's a lot of thanks to their still good depth and chemistry. Along with that, 2nd season veteran Podarok is leading the team in points and is having quite the season for himself. He's a huge reason why the team is succeeding right now. Along with that, the Watchmen had most of their season so far without a starting goalie and rather with a very inexperienced, low talent guy blocking shots between the pipes. Even with such a week goalie, the team managed to be in first place and rock a 12 game winning streak. Since, the Watchmen paid a hefty price for waiver goalie Sven Wolf - who is already progressing quickly and is now just shy of 100 TPE. When asked regarding the trade, this is what GM Campbell had to say: "No goalies were available on the market. They were all apart of competing teams. You need a goalie to win. They can win you games. This season, we've done so well without a goalie, we figured we'd be that much stronger with one. He's no Dandonov right now, but he's progressed extremely quickly and will shortly be above 100 TPE. We believe he;s gonna be a huge asset to our team and will hopefully help our chances at a repeat" GM Campbell has played his cards right for the last couple seasons. During his first season as GM, he went all in while pursuing his first ever Founders Cup. While making it to the finals, he lost out and spent the next 2 seasons rebuilding. With a cup win and now a great chance at repeating, we asked Campbell what his thoughts were on this season and the future for Bratislava. "We've done an extremely great job this season on executing in those big games. It's the regular season, but it's always good to claim first for that first round bye. I'm proud and impressed with how the team is playing and only wish to continue to motivate that at a chance of repeating. It's all about the cup. I get a juniors GM is to keep people active and get them ready for the big leagues, but it's about a lot of things and winning a cup makes it a good experience. We truly wish to repeat because this could be the last year we're able to do so. The offseason we could pull somethings off, but we're losing more players once this season finishes and will make it really difficult on us. I'd say a season or two rebuild is coming but if we can, we'll do our best to avoid it." 717 - use as double week
