I see where you are coming at, but that would be 10x better with more members. If we can attract another 20+ ACTIVE members, then the sky is the limit.

Who in the right mind would sayd "I will always play a lot?" Seriously. I have no idea who would actually be upset about that.

Who wants to come into a league and be like "Oh there is only four teams here." No. People come here and see eight teams and is like, "Wow. I have the chance to play for one of eight different teams. I wonder if I will land on a contender or a rebuilding team." I think people would be more interested in having a wider variety of place to land than a short number of teams.

But see that's why it was proposed as an option not a requirement. Exactly. It's fun having two players on different teams and especially when they are competing against each other. We have already dropped teams. There should be no reason why we can't field two full lines on all eight teams. The problem again lies in recruiting. If you are dead set on the 3-4 lines thing, then come join us on the recruiting front and help us bring in members. We can talk about your want for 3-4 lines when we can get at least another 20+ active members.

I actually enjoyed the player two project. Granted I just got rid of my player 2, but I would still have been on board. It just bothered some others more and I have no idea why. It's not like they were pressured into it. They were told they could create a second if they wanted to. It was a personal choice. TBH I wish it were still here. Then things would be more interesting.

3rd and 4th lines are a deal breaker for someone who doesn't want to play that low. If we can manage to overfill the 2 line section for every team, then we can talk about 3-4 lines. Why try and push something when we are down on members?

It's just those people who think that they shouldn't be limited to how far they can update or be told what they can update to. Things change and I believe this one could be for the better of the league. This would make GM's actually have to do their homework instead of "who has the most TPE".
