  1. 1. The Aces have dropped below Halifax in the standings. Has this gotten the team fired up to start performing better? How have you seen this on the ice? It does suck. but i think our team can rebound and come back at them stronger next game. We just have to keep working hard and good things will happen. 2. Some new guys have signed with the team recently, how have you worked the new guys into the chemistry and atmosphere of the team? It's gone really well. All of our new guys are positive and super fun to not only play with on the ice but when we are not on the ice as well. 3. Since I asked you guys some questions last week, you've gone 6-6-0 in your last 12. How do you impact this performance and try to better the team to try and go above .500? It's just a mental game. We just have to work and staying positive and just playing better as a team. Getting shots on net and scoring on power plays. 4. Was the early season streak out-of-character or do you think you could get back into the winning swing of things soon? Like i have said in the previous questions, we just need to start playing as a team again. If we work hard everyday i am sure we will get the results we want. 5. Have there been any huge surprises with how the season is going overall? Have there been any surprising results from any teams on the standings? As far as the standings go kind of what i expected. Wish we could be on the top, but that's how it goes. Everyone is playing there best so no real surprises. 6. Finally, what are some of your favourite things to do around town when you're not at the rink? I love going out on the field and playing a game of soccer. Just being with my teammates and enjoying our selves and of course, it's always nice to get a beer once and a while.
  2. Thanks Jubo. But could not do it without my line mates! They have been a huge reason why I am playing well. Thanks guys!
  3. Jordan Joshua Tonn. Thanks tho. Your a beast as well! @uphillmoss
  4. 1. After one long offseason, season 65 has finally started. What do you think of your team's performance in these first couple of sims? Having lost only one game I feel our team have played amazing! Everyone is working well together! 2. How is the ambiance in your locker room after these sims? Everyone is cheering streaming and just all around pumped! After we lost our first game we had to take a step back and clam it down a little. 3. Which team do you like playing against more than others? I love playing against Halifax we have a huge rivalry vs them so it is always a great close game! 4. The season has just started, so the VHL Entry Draft might be hard to predict right now, but in what round do you think you'll be taken? Have no idea have not played great 2 points in 7 games so right now probably a late round. 5. Besides hockey, obviously, what other sports do you like to play casually or watch? Ever since I was young I have been into soccer. Still, love playing to this day! 6. What's your game day routine? What do you eat before games? Every single game before warmup I have a nice medium rare steak to full my belly. Then just before puck drop go through all my special handshakes with all my teammates. Including coach!

  6. His Father Joshua Tonn played in the NHL as Tampa Bay Lightings number one winger! He won the cup 2 times with Tampa but in 2003 he had to move on due to concussion reasons. During his time in the NHL, he learned a lot. He then went on to coach Tampa in 2 years after taking a short break from hockey. He then lead Tampa to 3 cups in a row! But now it was time for him to focus on his son. Jordan Tonn. He wanted to make him a star and would do everything he could to make that happen. But right after Jordan was Drafted to the Las Vegas Aces he was hit by a car. Honestly, Jordan did not really know what to do. He had just been drafted and was having a great start to his career. But now his dad passes away from a tragic death. Now before every game, Jordan takes some time while on the ice in the warmup to remember his dad and to give thanks to him and all he did and when Jordan's banner gets raised towards heaven his dad will be proud. Jordan's School Life Starting off Jordan was not a bad child. He would fool around in class and get a little distracted in class. But overall Jordan had good grades and did fairly well in school. In grade 4 he was on the volleyball team. Just in grade 4, Jordan was already 6 feet tall. So you could imagine how intimidating he looked. No one ever wanted to get him mad. His Volleyball Team went on to win the BC Provincials. On average Jordan had 12 blocks a game! The man could not be stopped. But you know he just was not feeling Volleyball anymore so after many night thinking about what he wanted to do he moved on. What did he move onto you might ask? Well, he moved to Basketball another sport that his family loved to play! Jordan was super tall, but to be honest that did not really help him. Jordan struggled to shoot and to dribble. He would often be pushed around. How I don't know. But he could not ever get a good rhythm going and start putting up points. Jordan was not used to that. In Volleyball everything was to easy not he moved on and nothing is working out. Jordan was done with that sport. So he decided to move on once again. This time to something you can kick. Yes. A soccer ball. Jordan felt that with his speed he could not be stopped. Jordan's Family and Sports As soon as Jordan could walk, he was on the move, always active playing all types of different sports. Jordan had 2 brothers. As you can imagine this created quite the competitive background in the family. They did not always get along very well. It was a constant competition for everything between them. They really took a liking to soccer and played as much as they could through their grade school years. When they were in grade 9 Jordan out of all of them was made the captain of their grade soccer team. Jordan was super excited so he went out there and put out his best effort. As you could imagine his brothers were not too happy they weren't the captain. But things still seemed to work out as they had incredible chemistry together. They went on to grade 10 not losing any games but Jordan felt it was time to move on. So he switched to hockey and so did his brothers. They always wanted to be the best so they all switched. As the years passed Jordan was becoming something special. His brothers worked day in and day out but just could not reach his skill. He went on to be drafted and got put with the defending cup champs! Jordan could not have been happier. But then his father passed away. Jordan decided it was best to take 1 day off and reflect then move on. His brothers are currently working hard to get drafted and trying to be the next star. Just when Jordan's life was looking up. His mom was in the crossfire between a gang and was shot. Jordan rushed to the hospital to go see his mom one last time before it was just his brother and him. But maybe it was not the last time he would see her! The doctors healed her! Jordan was so excited he did not know what to say. He took her home the next day and promised that he would make his family the number 1 priority in life. about 2 weeks later while it was finally time to start the season Jordan was getting a little bit discouraged. In 3 games he had 0 points and was playing an average of 6.98 minutes a game. But his coach Jubo had some words for him. Don't be discouraged, use this as motivation and so he did. He went out and started to practice more often and work harder then he had ever done in his life. His mom was in need of him so he has to get points on the board and start giving his family and his fans a moment to remember. On Friday, March 1st Jordan had a meeting with Jubo. We are in need of a second line center. This would be a way to lock down a second line spot. Work hard in faceoffs for the next few weeks and you will have a very good chance of being out 2nd line center this season. This was the solution. I wanted more minutes so he gave me a chance to get those minutes. Not to take them. But to earn them. You would also get Powerplay Minutes so work hard on your positioning. So it was set he was going to work for that second line spot. YES 1000
